There is plenty to do and see in the area. It is a peaceful and private place with absolutely everything you need to hand. The views and the scenery are stunning. The cabin is completely self contained set in its own garden. There are great walks and drives nearby. Or just spend time, sitting on the deck gazing at the magical view.

We are located near beaches (2 mins away), lots of peninsula walks, nice pubs and restaurants (10 mins drive), lots of sight-seeing, sailing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, farming and a taste of country life on a dairy farm.

Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and totally private getaway. Set on 17 acres of rural unspoilt wilderness. The property has a private lake, stunning views undestrubed by modern life and urban lighting. Ballyrisode beach is a 5 minutes drive away along with numberous walking trials in the area one of which is located at the foot of the property. Schull, a lively little fishing village with shops, restuarants and pubs, is only a 5 minute drive away. This unique and tranquil getaway.

Katie’s Fastnet Cabin The stunning seascape changes every day in front of the nautical themed Fastnet Cabin. Relax and enjoy the ebb and flow of the tide overlooking Croagh Bay located just inside the iconic Fastnet Lighthouse. Situated a 10 minute (10km) drive from Schull the location is ideal to immerse yourself in all the sea and the Wild Atlantic Way has to offer (swimming, kayaking, fishing, sailing) and enjoy the West Cork walking trails, including Barleycove Beach and Mizen Head.

Located 5 minutes from heritage town Abbeyleix in co. Laois is Villa Jokubas a log cabin village set on a hill overlooking surrounding countryside. All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Be treated with all modern luxuries inside and outside, enjoy expansive yard, covered patio areas with private modern hot tubs, "Kamado" BBQ grills, fully stocked bar with taps of our home brewed IPA beer. Unser Bootshaus liegt direkt am Sandstrand (sehr viel Sand bei Ebbe und weniger bei Flut). Bestimmt einer der wunderschoensten Plaetze in ganz Irland, ist hier oben im Wohnzimmer zu sitzen und den Wellen, Booten und blinkendem Leuchtturm zuzusehen. Hier koennen auch Eltern entspannen, waehrend sie beruhigt ihre Kinder am Strand spielen shen koennen. An Regentagen und im Winter, wenn es stuermt und die Brandung gegen die Strandmauer und den Leuchtturm bricht, ist es fast noch schoener!
