We had a lovely stay at Noreen's apartment. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes and roadtrips. It's only a 15 min drive to the Carrantoohil and other great hikes . There is a restaurant / bar below which is very handy as bigger shops and restaurants are at least a 20 min Drive away. We would always book in again. Thanks a lot!

We loved our stay at Donals place! Beautifully renovated old farmhouses and lovely farmland around. Donal gave us a lot of good recommendations what to do in the area. Would come back any time!

Fantastic location with lots of local wildlife and with no light pollution, great star gazing at night. Very cosy with a log fire for the wintry nights.

Kerry Lily Cottage sits on a hill in the UNESCO Dark Sky Reserve overlooking wildlife, Derrynane Beach (one of the homes of Ireland's liberator, Daniel O'Connell) as well as Deenish (Duínis) and Scariff (An Scairbh) Islands. We were greeted with straightforward and accurate instructions and we just didn't want to leave so we are already planning a trip back there next May, which, for me, is the best time of year to go . The drive to the cottage was shockingly beautiful and reminded me of traveling through the Andes Mountains in South America. There is plenty of hiking and places to visit within hiking/walking distance such as Derrynane Abbey, St Crohan's Holy Well, Staigue Fort (Cathair na Steige). You can walk along the beaches, take boat tours, hike the Kerry Way between towns...we even saw wild Irish goats and of course the donkey and the horse greeted us in the morning along w songbirds. The owner even recited some Irish poetry! Best vacation you'll ever. We miss you!

We really enjoyed staying at ‘The Shed’ , which is a spacious two bedroom apartment. Maud is a wonderful host and made us feel right at home. The apartment was spotless with everything you require. The Shed is located in a beautiful countryside setting with expansive views of the Comeragh mountains and Dungarvan bay. Highly recommended if looking for a peaceful place to stay near Dungarvan.

Great location. House was very cosy. Rita & Tom were very welcoming, always at hand if we needed anything especially with extra firewood for the wet evenings. Very nice people & I highly recommend a stay in their beautiful home.

We came to Ireland for a week and spent two days at Thomas’. It was the perfect base for exploring County Cork from east to west. The flat was super quiet and comfortable. The Sky TV box was an unexpected surprise giving us alot of choices to watch after a long draw of exploring. And Clonakilty has a great variety of restaurants to choose from

Traveled to Ireland with my kids and grandchildren. This house was amazing with plenty of room and a separate bath in each bedroom. Our trip to Ireland was a dream. Galway and Connemara easy to get to from this location. We loved our stay in Oughterard where we started our days with a stroll to the small town grocer for coffee and cinnamon rolls, and ended our nights with Guinness and cider in the coziest pubs. We explored castles and cliffs, and ate our body weight in seafoods. I highly recommend this home and location.

Our family of four had a lovely stay at Eileen’s house!! The house was perfect for us and the garden is truly a little oasis. Eileen was so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Que dire de ce logement et moment incroyable ! Alan, et ses parents sont un hôte très avenant et vraiment sympathique, et l'endroit où se trouve le gîte est quasi surnaturel, où la nature est omniprésente, luxuriante. On peut profiter pleinement de ces ballades en pleine nature au long de la rivière, avec des paysages à couper le souffle ! Nous avons pu assister à un coucher de soleil magnifique orchestré par le ballet des hirondelles, puis profiter par la suite de l'appartement qui est si cosi et bien équipé, bref, zéro défaut, nous y reviendrons certainement ! The chalet is in a remote and peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing and quiet getaway. This suited our needs perfectly as we toured around Galway for a few days. The bed was so comfortable (this is essential for someone with arthritis) and the airbed was very comfortable too. Although a small space it was perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. Mary is a lovely host, quick to respond, welcoming, and very accommodating. She was very easygoing and allowed our daughter to use their trampoline. We felt very relaxed here and would definitely book again.
