We had a great time at the villa. The strongest capability of the place is privacy and security. Our stay was nicely organized . So we could fully concentrate on spending time together. The entire house with a private pool was fully arranged for our group. In addition to that, the team organized a vehicle with a professional driver available during the entire stay. We could reach all surrounding beaches, cities, shops and other locations. In case of any issues or questions, the team was open to resolve it. Regarding the consumption fee. Please double check all the details with the host in advance. The process was fully transparent for us. I totally recommend the place. It is fully suitable for families with children. Kudos to the host and the entire team. Thank you.

Very nice villa with an amazing pool and facilities. Location is good for visiting land of legends, Antalya old town and a few beaches, although you need transport. Ufuk from the complex was very helpful in giving us transport cheaper than regular taxis, he was very flexible and also gave us advice on where to visit.

Kerim bey çok nazik,çözüm odaklı ve profesyoneldi. Ricalarımızı anında karşıladı. Ev büyük, konforlu ve temizdi. Havuz bakımlıydı. Konaklamamız sırasında çok rahat ettik. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Het huis was geweldig en kwam ook overeen zoals op foto’s. Het was schoon en we hadden alle privacy. Enigste min punt vond ik persoonlijk dat er minder goede restaurants waren in de omgeving en vooral Belek restaurants waren vooral gericht op toeristen en niet te eten.

Christopher’s place was perfect for us. It was comfortable clean and spacious. We made good use of the tennis court and indoor swimming pool on site. A short 10 minute walk took us to the cute little village of Ilica which has all the amenities needed. Christopher was extremely helpful for checking in and recommended some excellent restaurants & activities to do in the area. We felt right at home away from home!

Ali is a great host, friendly and communicative you should always reach out to him he will make your life easy. The place is huge with a lot of bathrooms. The pool and the garden are a fantastic feature I was there with 8 friends and we had a huge barbecue and spent the days swimming. It’s a bit of a distance to the town centre but it’s a walking distance to the house of Legends which is a humongous shopping area that’s full of restaurants and shops and other activities. The beach is a short ride and you’ll be very close to the main street where it’s easy to find taxis. Supermarket is a minute walk and there’s a very nice cafe and bar 50 meters away, there’s also take way places that deliver pizza and local food. Arriving to the place could be tricky as taxis will always take you to street 116 instead of 118 so make sure you have your maps opened and use Yeldiz supermarket as your land mark.

Very nice place, all brand new. Everything was there, kitchen with more than enough glasses, knives etc. Toys for childeren, also for in the pool. We got the fresh eggs she wrote. And even some bread and to drink. Even things like salt etc was there. Very nice pool. In every room an air conditioner. For us it was a TOP place and can recommend it.

Ramazan Bey güler yüzlü, ilgili ve sorunları çözmeye odaklı bir insan. Seyahatimizden genel olarak memnun kaldık. Evin konumu denize rahat bir yürüyüş yolundan oldukça yakın mesafede. Sitenin bulunduğu yer için plajda ayrılmış güneşlikli bir alan var. Şezlong bulunmuyor, biz katlanır rejisör sandalyemizi getirmiştik, bizim için problem olmadı. Duş spirali yırtılmıştı, Ramazan Bey hemen ilgilenip yenisini ulaştırdı. Sıcak su güneş enerjili, duşta tazyiki hep azdı. Ev, Migros ve birçok lokal markete yakın mesafede, ihtiyaçlarınızı kolayca temin edebilirsiniz. Sahil ve kum oldukça güzel, bu tarafı özellikle çocuklar için tercih etmiştik. Bu sene denizde birkaç gün oldukça fazla plastik kirliliği gördük, bir süre sonra azaldı ve kayboldu. Umarım deniz hep güzel kalır.

Gokhan place was nice, but I think it was smaller than what has shown in photos, I mean the photos taken to show property larger and more spacious ! Gokhan team and company were respectful and responsible, available to communicate. they tried their best to resolve problems during our stay. the house was cleaned, well furnished and check-in process was easy.

Given there were so few reviews, I was hesitant to book this property, but I'm so glad I did! The villa, albeit roadside, is on a quiet road and a 2 minute walk to the main road running through Side. The location is excellent. We never had any bother with public transport finding the location. The property is surrounded by several supermarkets within a few minutes walk, but one just a few doors down to get the essentials, including fresh bread daily. The villa was a great size, but the pool was something else - so amazing. In our opinion, the villa was well equipped with everything you would need. The only thing missing for me was a hairdryer. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a washing machine, iron etc. Finally, the beds were really comfortable, and with shutters in every room, it meant that you could get a good sleep before the morning sun. The villa captured the sun all day long. Totally recommend, it was total bliss and would not hesitate to go again when in Side.

Kerim as Host and Ufuk as driver were very responsible and allways reachable. The house were as seen on the pictures, with a lot of space and a nice pool area. Belek town center is reachable in 5 minutes with car. Small supermarkets can be find directly out of the complex. The house was also very clean and in a good condition. The only two small downsides were that the house is the last in the row of the complex and therefore it can be from time to time a little bit loud bcz of the street next to the house, and that no basic utilities (salt, pepper, oil, washing powder) were available. in conclusion we fully recomment the house of Kerim and you can have an awesome time there

Kerim was responsive and helpful with everything during our stay. The villa is well equipped and clean. The location is good and safe. It is suitable for big family staying.

Gros coup de cœur pour ce logement.  Une grande villa très propre et très spacieuse. Exactement comme sur les photos. Une piscine bien entretenue.  Un hôte disponible et un concierge sur place qui répondent rapidement en cas de soucis Je recommande. 

Son anda karar verip yola çıktığımız bir tatildi. Fotoğraflarda gördüğümüzden çok daha güzel bir ev bizi karşıladı, hatta doğru yerde miyiz emin olamadık. Ev ferah ve düzenli. Bir evde ne bulunması gerekiyorsa çoğu düşünülmüş. Site içerisinde çok güzel ve nezih bir ortam var. Ev sahibi bizi çok iyi karşıladı. Kendimizi çok rahat ve evimizde hissettik. Bir sorun olduğunda gayet çözümcül yaklaştılar. Tenis kortunun gece ışıklandırması çalışmıyordu, umarım bu düzeltilir. Ayrıca site içerisindeki yollarda bulunan kasisler bir tık yüksek araçla giderken dikkatli olmanızı öneririm. Onun dışında asla pişman olmayacağınız bir konaklama olur.

Eine geräumige Unterkunft für 6 Personen finden wir sonst kaum mit diesen Möglichkeiten, vorallem der Pool war toll, nicht nur für die Kinder. 10 Tage mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, fair, korrekt und sehr zu empfehlen. Arif bey - teṣekkür ederiz! Ṣükrü beye ve Karadenize selamlar!

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern gezeigt und in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Positiv zu ergänzen ist, dass es sich jeden Morgen um den Pool gekümmert wurde. Außerdem stand der Gastgeber bei auftretenden Fragen immer zur Verfügung und hat sehr schnell geantwortet . Hinzu kommt, dass wir sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out flexible Möglichkeiten hatten. Zu ergänzen ist, dass das Haus etwas außerhalb liegt, aber die Unterkunft stellt einen Fahrer zur Verfügung, der sehr hilfsbereit, zuverlässig und sympathisch ist. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen und selber nochmal wieder kommen.
