Also located at the front we have a "park" which contains a water well, fire pit and a barberque which can be used by all customers! NETFLIX is on the tv!

A beautiful space for family and friends to enjoy time together Wether it is winter or summer our home has something to offer for all seasons to enjoy a blissful enjoyable stay. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people plus a day bed. Located in the Sands Estate its an easy 4km ride/walk along the beach path to beaches, shops,restaurants and bars of central Torquay

Our beautiful villa Ella's Rest is nestled on a 7 acre property in a quiet pocket of Torquay. Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. The property is set high with spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and everything needed to relax and recharge. Centrally located, it is only 25-40 mins from Lorne, Torquay, Anglesea, Birregurra, Geelong and the attractions of the Great Ocean Road. Three hat restaurant Brae is also close by. The house is pet friendly.

Coast/country farm house retreat

Set on an organic farm, this cute cottage is so peaceful and so close to everything - 15 minutes to Bells Beach and Torquay and Geelong. Set out in the morning and gather fresh eggs or feed the horses and the sheep. We can bring the ponies in for brush. Plenty of toys and books and games for the kids, footy goals and a basketball hoop as well. So much to do or just relax in the serenity or take a stroll around the 22 acres with a glass of wine and watch the sunset.

"The Hut" is in a convenient location close to Geelong, Ballarat/Sovereign Hill and Daylesford. It will take approx. 40 minutes scenic drive through beautiful countryside to get to those places. A unique country retreat to relax and unwind. Experience this fully renovated old galvanised iron hay shed that is fully self contained with a large rustic outdoor entertainment area that has an open fireplace and outdoor fire pit.

Boonahview Accommodation

Boonahview is a self-contained accommodation located high up in the Otways on a working sheep farm. Enjoy uninterrupted 180 degree views from every window. Stunning! A short 20-30 minute drive to Lorne and The Great Ocean Road. Nb currently no oven. The accomodation is seperate from the main house and is in tank water only .. which is drinkable. The heating is a wood fire for those cold days/nights.
