The host accepted my booking on last minute and was very responsive and addressed all queries promptly. The place was clean and spacious and had all facilities. You need a car to get around of course and I recommend cooking at the place as the infrastructure around is still developing. There is one good restaurant, but it’s a beach club. Overall it was worth the money, and it’s a beautiful area. I recommend using public beach in Sifah and it’s great to disconnect, rest.

The flat and location is great! The place provides great privacy, peace, beautiful gardens and a wonderful, clean swimming pool with very warm water, we have never spent so much time in the water on holiday. Walk to the beach is about 10 minutes. The beach itself is beautiful, with deck chairs, you can walk around. Right next to the beach, the fantastic Jumeirah Hotel with restaurants where you can eat truly unique meals and desserts. We highly recommend this place, but we also recommend renting a car (e.g. Europcar). Saleh is very communicative, answers all questions within a few minutes. He is very flexible with check-in times and will do everything to make your stay in Oman very enjoyable. We highly recommend ten apartments, it is very clean and spacious. Our holiday in Oman is an unforgettable experience!

Yousef was a kind and gracious host. He was very quick to resolve an issue with the bed which had been broken by the previous guest. Almost immediately after informing Yousef, he attended the property and had the bed, frame and mattress replaced within hours. i roughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this property.
