Tiny Houses als Ferienunterkünfte in Nacka Municipality

It had been a real pleasure to be at Ally's place. The house is perfect for a family of three. It well organised and nothing is missing. We enjoyed beeing out of the city, in a very charming area close to a wonderful forest and a nice little beach. The center of Stockohlm is an hour from the house and we went there easely. We just regret two things: that our stay was a bit short and that we didn't have to meet more the wonderful Ally. We hope to go back !

I received a very warm reception from Anna and her partner Mikeal. The house is so cozy and beautiful. I loved that she also dropped a paper with Ferry connections and different places one could visit and great restaurants near the ferry station. I enjoyed using the ferry to the city. Walking distance from her home to the ferry station takes me about 10- 12minutes. I enjoyed every bit of my stay and would come back again. I recommend her place.

Mycket fin liten stuga vid vattnet. Väldigt fräscht, rent och komfortabelt. Lyxigt med bastu i samma hus och det var en dröm att springa ned och ta ett dopp i sjön efter bastun.

We loved to stay in that beautiful house in a phantastic surrounding and an unique neighbourhood. The place is perfect to combine sightseeing and culture of Stockholm with the experience and the atmosphere of the Stockholm archipelago. The house itself has a very personal style, is wonderfully decorated and has a marvelous view on the water from every window. Our stay had several highlights of which one was catching a pike on the pier next to the house and another to rent a boat cruising around the archipelago. We all and especially our three kids loved it there. Although we were only twenty minutes outside Stockholm we enjoyed the nature around experiencing the fox wandering through the garden, rabbits and deers "visiting" us. We would like to thank Adam and Emma for having us in their house!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhäuschen sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles da, was man gebraucht hat und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Eine Klimaanlage ist auch vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass Peo so freundlich war, uns vom Hauptbahnhof mit dem Auto abzuholen. Außerdem hat er uns kostenfrei zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt die wir auch gut genutzt haben. Generell waren Peo und seine Frau sehr nett und gute Gastgebende, wir haben von ihnen auch gute Tipps zu Restaurants etc bekommen. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von der Innenstadt liegt und man je nach Verbindung 8-15 Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle laufen muss. Dafür liegt sie aber schön im Grünen, es ist ruhig und man ist in 10-15 min direkt an einem See, wo man auch schwimmen kann. Nicht zuletzt wegen des hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses können wir die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Great place to stay. Directly at a lake and possibility to swim. Quiet and nature place in a big city. It takes 5 minutes to walk to a Bus stopp and than just 10 minutes with Bus 401 to reach Stockholm downtown ( Slussen). We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful place to stay outside the city. Ferry jetty Riset is a lovely 20 min walk along the water (check timetables carefully- they are displayed at the jetty). Download the transport app to buy tickets. The boats take you straight into the centre of the city. House was warm and cosy to return to each day with good kitchen facilities. We loved watching the boats. Stockholm is a beautiful city. The museum for the Vasa ship is fantastic. Enjoyed golf at Siggesta. We visited Vaxholm on the ferry expecting some good hiking but it wasn’t really the best place for that. Antonio’s Italian cafe in Nacka Strand was brilliant for a meal before heading to the airport. A great space for our family (2 children age 11 and 14).

Das Tiny house war toll eingerichtet; es war alles da, was man braucht. Ylva ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr spontan entschieden, das Haus zu buchen; sie hat in Windeseile alles blitzblank hergerichtet. Sie hat uns viele Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt, damit wir die Stadt und die Umgebung erkunden können. Darüber hinaus hat sie unseren Kindern Spielsachen gegeben. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Für alle, die auch ein wenig Ruhe brauchen, kann ich das Haus empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un séjour à Stockholm dans les meilleurs conditions. Le logement est mignon et nous avons tout ce qu'il faut à disposition. Sandrine est arrangeante et réactive. Je recommande fortement !

Vi bokade detta minihus för att överraska två vänner som var på besök, de kunde inte tro deras ögon och planerar redan att återbesöka! Vi som hade tittat noggrant på flera stugor och valt just denna tyckte också att det var ännu bättre än beskrivningen och det som visades på bilderna, helt magiskt! Joakim välkomnade oss med en superb rundtur där han visade allt, vi kände oss väl omhändertagna! Boendet var väldigt rent och allting man kunde behöva fanns (kryddor, sodastream, alla möjliga köksredskap m.m.). Det kändes fantastiskt att kunna använda bastun och bubbelpoolen utan extra avgift. Joakim och Camilla var lätta att få tag på och även mycket diskreta, boendet kändes därmed mycket privat och fridfullt!

Thank you so much for the hospitality! It was wonderful to be surrounded by nature and the lake! I truly enjoyed the sauna. Beautiful place! ☺️

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Linda avec nos deux enfants, le logement est beau et confortable, la vue est extraordinaire, la proximité de Stockholm et la facilité d'accès avec les transports en commun est parfaite. A timeless stay in a beautiful place! We will be back!

The place was clean and as described. The host Laura is great, responsive and proactive. When we were there, we were welcomed by a gift basket with some snacks and useful things which was such a thoughtful tough. Laura also reached out to me about some jewellery that I had left at the place and then sent them to me by post. Tip : If you stay here definitely go to the local bakery “Kringelgården” and get their toasted sandwich - it is so good we went both days we were there.

Anders and Emma have made a charming and functional small home available for visitors to Stockholm and surrounding areas. The home is conveniently located near bus stops (which can take you to either downtown Tyreso or north up to Stockholm), several grocery stores, and a couple of good restaurants. The neighborhood is also beautifully green and rather quiet and peaceful. The home also has a number of useful amenities and features including a washing machine, small fridge, stove top, large screen tv with set top box, and heated flooring. I had a great stay here for about a month and would not hesitate to return. Thanks, Anders and Emma!

Pretty little house offering everything required for a self sustained stay in Stockholm. Shopping for provisions is within walking distance, a bus stop is practically right around the corner from where most parts of stockholm can usually be reached within 30 minutes. The town of Lidingö itself is also very idyllic and well worth taking a stroll, offering a nice contrast to the more urban flair of Stockholm center. Since we had a local friend that we were visiting we were pretty much covered in terms of local guidance. However, Christofer was very accomodating in this regard. Had we needed guidance or recommendations concerning activities for Stockholm, I'm sure we would have been just as well off! Also, there is a car parking spot available on the property which was also a big plus for us. Should fate once more wash us up at the shores of Stockholm, we will most likely check the availability of this cozy little place again!

The cabin was a great find, especially for the price. It’s a peaceful spot with a nice view, perfect for a quiet getaway. The place was simple but comfortable, meeting our basic needs. The fact that you can be in Stockholms city-center in under 40min enabled a versatile trip for us to experience not only the city of Stockholm but also the rural sweden. The hosts were very friendly and gave us helpful tips for things to do nearby. Overall, a great stay for the budget-conscious traveler!

We loved this place and hope to stay longer next time! This is a beautiful guest house/tiny home that had everything we needed. Johanna was very friendly and helpful. We also loved the beautiful surroundings and the access to the lake. It was easy to get into the city with a bus stopping nearby.
