This property is clean, beautiful and as per description and photos... The swimming pool is free to use... The house owner also provides bycycle for free.. You also get breakfast for free, which includes a sandwich and a drink... Bed, fridge, TV, sofa and washroom were awesome... Only downside is that you don't get a kitchen at this property... If you want drinking water, you can get it from their kitchen as they have a water purifier... It would be great if the owner can provide a small kitchen and water purifier or clean drinking water in the room... Mua Caves (2 km), Trang An Ferry station (2 km) (boat ride), Hoa Lu old town (5 km) for lantern boat ride and Bai Dinh Pagoda (14 km) are a must visit from the property... Exchange cash at Ha Trung street in Hanoi to get best rate and buy SIM with calling facility (for booking cabs, buses, calling restaurants) from any Viettel company store..Use Grab, Xanh SM for cab, Redbus and 12GoAsia for bus. Bus providers will contact on Whats App..

Staying at this Airbnb was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and at home. The host and her family were incredibly kind and caring, always checking in on us, helping with our itinerary, and even booking our bus from Ninh Binh to Sapa and Grab rides when needed. The place was super clean, cozy, and homey, with a great heater and a perfect location near the main street—walking around was such a joy! They also offered bike and motorcycle rentals, which made exploring even easier. A wonderful bonus was the free breakfast, which felt homemade and comforting. They even provided laundry services, making our stay extra convenient. This wasn’t just a place to stay—it felt like family. We’re beyond grateful for this experience and will highly recommend it to friends. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, peaceful homestay! The hosts were super friendly and helpful, making sure we felt at home. We rented a scooter and made use of the laundry and bus services, which were all super well arranged. The pancakes for breakfast were also really nice. Highly recommend staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the host was very friendly and helpful and the room was lovely. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Ninh Binh, the guesthouse is also away from the more touristy areas which makes it extra enjoyable. The breakfast is also delicious and has great vegetarian options too :)

Super environnement, la nature est incroyable et les hôtes sont chaleureux et toujours à l’écoute. C’est un endroit qui en vaut la peine si on aime la nature, les animaux et se balader. Les alentours valent la peine d’être visiter et de surtout s’y perdre en scooter (pas cher et le meilleur paysage) !!! Je recommande!

Vous ne serez certainement pas prêt à découvrir un si bel endroit. Il vous faudra avancer sur un chemin de terre au paysage époustouflant pour trouver ce petit coin de paradis. Après 2 semaines au Nord du Vietnam nous aurions aimez rester ici 1 semaine entière pour y voir d’autres coucher de soleil dans la piscine et profiter de la bonne cuisine. La famille toute entière est adorable et toujours disponible au besoin. En bonus : nous avons pu observer des singes, n’oubliez pas vos jumelles !

What a beautiful place. This spot is located biking or motorbike distance from all main attractions in the area. The host, Việt, was friendly and very responsive. Using bikes was free and we used them all day all three days we were there. Motor bikes you can rent for a fair rate. Breakfast is included and you pay for water and other meals which you can order. Ninh Binh is such a beautiful area and we were so glad we booked this place away from busy areas.

Die Unterkunft war der Wahnsinn! Vom Balkon konnte ich direkt aufs Wasser und auf die Berge und das Grüne gucken. Es war super ruhig. Die Gastgeberin war super herzlich. Mir wurde sogar geholfen einen Transfer von Hanoi nach Ninh Binh zu organisieren. Zudem konnte ich mir einen Regenschirm bei schlechtem Wetter kostenlos ausleihen. Am Abreisetag habe ich eine Flasche Wasser und Oreos bekommen, super aufmerksam und lieb! Ich habe mich wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war einwandfrei sauber! Im Preis war sogar ein Frühstück (welches ich aufs Zimmer bekommen habe) sowie der kostenlose Verleih von Fahrrädern enthalten. Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man auch innerhalb von wenigen Minuten eine Straße mit kleinen Supermärkten und Restaurants. Innerhalb von 6km kann man auch die Altstadt erreichen. Läuft man ca. 30 Min. zu Fuß, erreicht man Mua Cave. Ich wäre gerne länger geblieben. 100000%ige Empfehlung ❤️
