You are just a 20 minute walk to the famous Kynance Cove and a mile from the Lizard Point, Britain's most southerly point. You can join the SWCP from many places around the village. The Studio sleeps 2 guests in a king size bed, has a fully equipped kitchen, ensuite and central heating. The Lizard Village has 2 pubs, lots of cafes and shops! In a peaceful location but only approx 10-15 mins walk to two beaches, or 2 mins drive to Maenporth beach which has a beachside car park. Good pub, cafes & good restaurants also within walking distance. Perfect for a family holiday!

The perfect spot for a magic Cornwall family holiday, the secluded comfy three bed house has incredible sea views and direct access to one of the Lizard's prettiest beaches. There's also a lovely garden and large private field to walk the dog. A short walk to the south-west coastal path, nearby surf spots and great food in Porthleven, there's something for everyone.

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.
