Amazing Stay at Fahim’s Place! I recently stayed at Fahim’s place in Colombo, and it was a fantastic experience. The property was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a hassle-free stay. The location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Fahim was an outstanding host, always responsive and ready to assist. I highly recommend Fahim’s place to anyone visiting Colombo and would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

We had a pleasant enjoyable stay for almost a month at this clean spacious apartment. Ranjith was a very helpful host going above and beyond to assist us. He is very helpful and attentive. Unit was very clean and equipped with all the essentials needed to make our stay comfortable. building also has a generator which a huge benefit during power cuts. Residency has its own security guard which is great for safety and privacy. Very easy convenient check in and check out. Great place to stay!

Nice location - short tuk tuk ride or hot walk to many local sights. Safe guarded complex. Supermarket in apartment complex, pool is large (3 different sizes) with a small playground for kids and views of the Lotus tower, and also a gym on the same floor. inside is spacious, clean and with air cons in the rooms.

Hands down one of the best best best place to stay in Colombo. It has an amazing view with swimming pool access

The flat was even better than how it was described in the description, situated in a location that is central in Colombo, having easy access to shops and some great restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and entertain guests to meals. Zulfica was very responsive, before, during and even after our stay. Was vert helpful and kind, making our stay both enjoyable and memorable. We felt safe and looked after. The hosts went well beyond our expectations, when it came to hospitality, showing an excellent example of Sri Lankan hospitality. We will stay with them again when we visit Sri Lanka. Thank you Zulfica, you are a very professional and kind host.

Spent almost a month at this Airbnb,. Amazing place, the beach is just a few meters away and my family loved it. The apartment is well maintained and easily accessible. Very safe for families to stay. We just loved every minute of our stay. The host was very accomodative and responsive. I had an issue with the ACs, was fixed in almost no time. I spent the last four weeks in this most beautiful house in Sri Lanka, by far the best Airbnb rental which I have occupied on the island. The place is exactly as described, and suited my needs perfectly. The house, furniture, and furnishings are modern, and having a private the garden is an added benefit. The host was easy to communicate with, and having Ajith, the caretaker/manager who is always available, and ready to help, was definitely an asset. Thank you providing an unforgettable stay in Sri Lanka, and I will definitely keep this place at the top of my list, for my next visit to the island.

Basma is a great host. We were all very comfortable in her place. She helped us to finalize all our sight seeing plans and even gave us tips to save money and do things in a much better fashion.

Osh's place is a lovely apartment with high quality furniture and fittings. His dad manages the place. He was really friendly and helpful giving us good advice. Always willing to help and nothing is too difficult for him I would recommend anybody coming to Colombo to stay at Osh's place.

The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Ryan was an exceptional host. Very warm and welcoming. He was also available for us anytime over call or evwn a message. Regarding the stay everything was taken care of as mentioned in the listing. The place is well maintained and organized. The location is at walkable distance from supermarkets like keels and cargills and also from public transport. All kitchen essentials were present for light cooking. Bathrooms had the necessary toileteries. The rooms were spacious. The washing machine was in good condition. Iron provided was good. No issues with internet, electricity and water as well. We stayed at the property for 9 nights and we always felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Suggestion would be to put a clock in the living area and bedrooms if possible.

This was our second stay at Mayurie’s place, and it truly feels like a second home for our family. The communication was friendly, and the stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended if you're visiting SriLanka for a holiday. It also offers easy access to High-Level Road and plenty of nearby restaurants.

It’s well-equipped with all the basic cooking utensils and appliances you might need, allowing you to prepare your own meals comfortably. The kitchen setup is great for anyone looking to cook rather than eat out. One of the most convenient features is the Food City located right under the apartment, making it incredibly easy to get any basic necessities without going far. The space is clean, well-maintained, and offers a cozy ambiance that makes you feel right at home.

Ich kann die Unterkunft von Asela nur empfehlen! Das Apartment ist sauber (es wird wöchentlich gereinigt), es ist nur 3 Minuten Fußweg vom Strand entfernt, es sind viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe und auch Supermärkte etc. sind fußläufig erreichbar. Besonders bemerkenswert war die Hilfsbereitschaft, Freundlichkeit und Flexibilität von dem Host Asela! Er hat bei jeden Anliegen sofort geantwortet und hat mir viele Tips gegeben, vor meiner Anreise und während meinem Aufenthalt. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Very nice and clean apartment at a very convenient location. Just about 100 metres walk to the Mount beach, many restaurants close by and easy commute to Colombo. Unlike many other apartments in Colombo, this is located in a very quiet street. The hosts, Amali and Roshan were very helpful and responsive throughout the booking and the stay. We loved the place. Kids enjoyed the stay as well. We are looking forward to book again for our next visit.
