Ferienunterkünfte mit überdachter Terrasse in Negombo

We stayed at Silunas AirBnb for one month and loved every day of it. It’s located in a beautiful, fairly quiet area yet everything you need is close by – many restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance and getting to Colombo city center by car or trisho takes less than half an hour. We really loved the big terrace surrounded by palm trees, banana plants, cute chipmunks and fireflies at night. Towards the end of our stay we did however have a problem with a lot of ants inside of the apartment that seemed to be emerging out of nowhere despite not leaving any food out in the open. Overall though we really enjoyed our time in Silunas place and felt very much at home :)

Rizans place at tri zen provides a great stay for short n long periods. It’s well kept and he is always available to assist. Location is great and you have the super market and some good restaurants nearby, just across the road. I would not look around for another place to stay next time while in Cbo.

The apartment of Prad is a wonderful place with the most stunning view on the lotus tower you can imagine. Additionally, the free to use roof top pool is an outstanding experience. An another good point is that a supermarket is right infront of the door. Prad was always available and a great host. Next time in Colombo, we will definitely book again. Thank you so much Prad!

I was looking for a place near Colombo for a Friday night getaway with friends, and I came across Ryan’s property in Maharagama. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, modern, and sophisticated the place was. The architecture, choice of colors, and thoughtful spatial arrangements created an inviting and stylish atmosphere—it even became a topic of conversation among us. Everything about this stay was exceptional—the cozy beds, comfortable couches, and the fully functional kitchen that had everything we needed. Every member of our group had something to appreciate, and we spent hours admiring the details. The lake in front of the property was a lovely addition to the view. However, while it’s something beyond the owner’s control, it was covered with aquatic plants—I just wish that wasn’t the case. The host was incredibly welcoming, making the experience even better. our host Sepalika was just lovely. even before we checked in, starting from when I booked the house, she was messaged and kept in touch and was very responsive giving details about her home and all the information that one would possibly think would be necessary for the stay. we were a group of 7 and even though we checked in late we had a smooth check in and the house was just warm, cozy and so very clean. attention to even the most little detail for the comfort of the guests was amazing and the 2 caretakers of the house were very respectful disciplined and the utmost helpful to guests. we had very enjoyable lovely continental breakfast served every day which was included in the booking price. as we had late flight sepalika even allowed a late checkout free of charge. Overall it was the one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays from our trip to srilanka.

Negombo n'apparaissant pas dans les sites d'interêt majeur, nous ne pensions pas vivre de tels instants. Sous le couvert de la forêt, au bord d'un canal débouchant sur la Mangrove, la maison est entourée d'une large terrasse fraîche. A la fois calme et au milieu des habitants de ce quartier catholique, elle offre confort et authenticité. Hetti nous a assisté pour les repas, les transports et les activités. De la maison on atteint la plage où l'on découvre l'activité des pêcheurs traditionnels. Magnifique promenade en bateau dans la mangrove organisée par notre hôte. Deux jours qui laisseront de trés beaux souvenirs.

Villa Tranquility is a highly recommended place for all! Angela was very friendly and helpful with fast response times. The accommodation is clean, homely, convenient and safe. Private entrance and gate with parking space was handy. Location was perfect, had no trouble with Pickme taxis or food deliveries. The wifi was fast, home including kitchen had everything you needed and was well-stocked. The air con was strong and the bed comfortable for a restful sleep each night. Angela also has a great selection of meals including Sri Lankan cuisine which I had thoroughly enjoyed during my stay and just made it so easy for my stay. Thank you Angela!

Ms. Udeni was very helpful when we stayed and her place was very peaceful, had wonderful surroundings and is very clutter free and clean.

Indeed a SUPER HOST! She accommodated all our requests with kindness and professionalism including early check in. Property is incredibly clean and beautiful especially it is a spacious house with lots of day light located in third floor. Interior is decently done and has all required amenities. Tusitha ensured to provide us clean towels and bed linens frequently. Famous shopping places are walking distance as well as great restaurants. Neighbourhood is safe and quiet even we can travel mid of the night. It is always super easy to book a cab via Uber or Pick me due to location convenience. Not only Tusitha as a host but also her mother treated us with respect and kindness and were extremely friendly. Their hospitality is top notch and we are very glad that we found this place via AirBNB. We can recommend Tusita as a host and her property without any hesitation.

We had a very good experience at Sonali’s place., the caretaker is very kind and helpful and we felt like home in the 5 nights we stayed., close by there are some restaurants and the area is very quite and peaceful…

The unit exceeded our expectations with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a small kitchen and seating area which was all that was needed for two people. The pool was well maintained and we enjoyed our swim and the gym was well appointed. There was also access to a pool table and a ping pong table. The building is very secure with security on the gates and swipe cards required for entry into the building and lifts. The location was a bit further out than we expected and as overseas tourists, there was not much sightseeing to do in the area for a four night stay. We did go into Colombo on a tuk tuk and had a tour of the sights, which was very enjoyable.

Had a really good stay at Shiffan's apartment on Marine Drive! The place was just as shown in the photos – super clean, with spotless linen and sparkling bathrooms. It’s easy to overlook the fact that it’s non-AC in the description, but the natural breeze and good ventilation made it quite comfortable. Shiffan is a great host – friendly, proactive, and always quick to respond. He also gave helpful tips and local recommendations that made my time in Colombo even better. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a neat, well-maintained apartment with a thoughtful host in a lovely location.

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. Горячая вода с перебоями, телевидение во время нашего пребывания работало только первый день, но оно и не нужно было, поэтому не обращались к хозяину. Хозяин всегда на связи, идет на встречу, потребовалось продлить проживание- без проблем продлили. Прямо рядом со входом- отличная кофейня с быстрым бесплатным интернетом. Жилье рекомендуем.

We stayed at Anuka's place for 6 days while we were visiting Sri Lanka. Everything was exceptional.. Beautifully designed, decorated interiror with well maintained garden made us feel comfortable during our stay. Mostly friendliness of the host/ Nilan. We felt home away from home and will highly recommend Greensvilla to our freinds and families..
