Tal cual se ve en las fotos, muy cómodo y limpio departamento, cercano a muchos servicios. Lo recomiendo!

Definitivamente, volveríamos ! Nos sentimos como en casa. La casa está perfectamente equipada y decorada para pasar hermosos días en familia. Todo estaba impecable. Excelente ubicación. Súper recomendado ! Y Viviana es una excelente anfitriona, muy amable y atenta en todo momento.

la casa esta en un lugar tranquilo, mucha vegetacion, las instalaciones en buen estado de funcionamiento. faltaria un horno mas grande(no se puede hornear una pizza completa a la vez) y una hervidora de agua. Por lo demas, la casa es perfecta para pasar unos dias tranquilos con mucha privacidad

Wir waren für eine Woche in Paraguay und haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war liebevoll vorbereitet und wir hatten dort alles, was wir brauchten. Die Schlüsselübergabe war zum Glück flexibel möglich, da unser Flug Verspätung hatte. Die Kommunikation mit Sergio verlief problemlos und schnell. Er ist ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Wir können uns gut vorstellen nochmals zu kommen. Vielen Dank.

Enzo y su mama fueron muy amables, estuvieron siempre atentos, nos esperaron con una rica merienda y refrescos. La casa es mas linda que en las fotos, con todas las comodidades y en una linda zona (tranquila y cerca de shopping, 24 horas, etc)

Luciana place was as described, and was perfect for our stay as an adult family. The yard is large with frangipani and jasmine plants, which made a nice setting. Pool was enjoyed by all! Inside the house was everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and nice quality furnishings and commodities. Host was always responsive and accommodating to our requests.

Lugar muy lindo y limpio, mucha privacidad y en una zona muy tranquila. Perfecto para pasar unos días o fin de semana. 100% Recomendado!

José súper atento, estuvo en todo los detalles. La casa es hermosa y súper cómoda. Sin dudas vamos a volver.

The Condo is ideal for large famines . Also, Barbara’s quick to respond to all our needs such as early check inn, parking location and more.

El departamento es muy cómodo y se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo y agradable, con buen clima. Tienes todo lo necesario para cocinar, comer, y descansar, además de agua tanto caliente como fría. El check-in fue súper rápido, a pesar de que ingresamos y salimos de madrugada del edificio. Como hacía un poco de frío no hicimos uso de la piscina en la terraza pero tiene una vista espectacular de la ciudad, perfecta para conversar y disfrutar. Además de ello, Valentín es un excelente anfritrión; responde al segundo y siempre presto a ayudar y dialogar de sus experiencias en Paraguay, al igual que los porteros — sin dudas recomiendo esta ubicación!

My wife and I had a splendid time here. There is easy access to the historic center, where we spent much of our time, but there are also lots of good restaurants nearby, a few important touristy locations, it’s just uphill from the costanera and the seat of the Paraguayan government (where you can surprisingly get free tours), there’s a good view of especially the palace from our balcony, and we didn’t feel like we lacked any important conveniences. We had a fully stocked kitchen with just a couple quirks, there were three big supermarkets around us that we could choose from, we enjoyed all of the nearby restaurants and cafes, many of which were also available on PedidosYa, and the area was pleasant enough to walk around and explore. Many major events were hosted just down the road from us as well, which we took full advantage of. Nelly, the building manager, was a delight — she was always available for help or guidance. This is an ideal spot to explore Asuncion for the first time.

Excelente opción si vas de compras, cerca de los shopping, zona segura y buenos comedores en la zona.

Maria was very responsive and kind. The night I was arriving it was pouring rain. Many streets were flooded. Maria was corresponding with me constantly until I got a ride and arrived at her place. It was not possible to get dinner anymore at that point, and all the restaurants were closed due to the rain. She kindly brought me some food so that I didn't have to go to bed hungry. The next morning she again kindly offered me coffee. I had to go to the nearby Tigo office to get a SIM card, and the wait there was much longer than expected. She patiently waited for me to return so that I could take my things out for her to clean the room for the next guest. Thank you Maria (Minerva) for being a gracious hostess. I will stay with you again when I come to Asuncion.

Olha recomendo a todos, cheguei no local, limpeza impecável, local seguro, com porteiro 24 horas, sempre atento e quem entra, muito bom para dormir calmo e muita árvore ao redor, ar condicionado perfeito, voltarei em breve...
