GC Hospital is a 6 min drive or one tram stop away. Parkwood East tram station is a 10 min peaceful walk. Light rail (tram) takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the end of main house yet very private.

My home is surrounded by trees in a quiet and leafy street in Nerang. We're away from the main roads but also just a 5min drive to the M1, giving you access to all the amenities and beaches the Gold Coast has to offer! We offer 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet room, laundry, living room with a 3-seater sofa and a TV, as well as a decent sized open plan kitchen with plenty of natural light. Note that the house has dual occupancy, and you will be staying in the top part.
