We live on a quiet cul-de-sac in a lovely neighborhood with regular wildlife visitors such as deer, a little fox, cardinals, hummingbirds, butterflies and more. We are right off Hwy 281, just 5 minutes from the Guadalupe River, less than an hour from Fredericksburg (known for it’s wineries), and 30 minutes from San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Boerne. We think it’s the perfect location!

Very quiet neighborhood located in the country. On same property as Mini Golf. Sleeps 5. 2 bedrooms one with queen the other with 3 twin beds. 2 full bathrooms. Kitchenette. Patio. Living Room.
