Great location, close to downtown NC but also very peaceful in the woods. Spacious home with high ceiling and good amenities, including pool and jacuzzi. The only downside is the living room was pretty dark and no bright light for reading at night.

We had 3 couples from our family and 6 children, ranging from 2 to 11. There was plenty of room for all and we had a great visit. The kids loved the pool. The adults liked it also. This home is up to date and we'll equipped. We would definitely come here again. The host was extremely helpful and great to work with.

We had a wonderful stay. The pool and hot tub were amazing. There was plenty of room for all of us. The pots and pans were a really nice brand.

Brian’s place was very neat and the hot tub and pool were fun additions to the family trip. It was unfortunate that there was a fire alert in the area so we couldn’t use the fire pit but overall great experience

We wish we could have stayed longer! The location was perfect, the host was fantastic, and everything was spotless and comfortable. There was plenty of space—both inside and out—for our group of two couples to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend!

Had to book this house at the last minute because the other place I rented canceled me 1 minute before check in, I only needed 1 night but this house has a 2 night minimum. We left early the next day and he refunded me part of the cost for the second night, which he didn’t have to do. Its a nice, comfortable house.

The home was as stated and it was perfect for our family needs. The backyard was gorgeous great location and Anthony and Ava responded quickly. I would definitely recommend staying there. I'm sure I'll be back.

Vicky's place was awesome, perfect for a family and friends weekend. The kitchen is well stocked and we loved the huge dining table. Beds are comfortable and the couch was big enough for all of us to fit after a long day of skiing! The house is in beautiful, serene surrounding, with huge backyard. We will be back.

this home is truly an escape. the minimalist and modern decor feel soothing and peaceful. we loved waking up with the sunlight filtering through the beautiful trees surrounding the home. we appreciated how clean and welcoming the place felt. we were just traveling through and didn't get to explore the area but just enjoying the restful home makes us want to go back.

the place was super nice and clean and really enjoyed the privacy.we enjoyed our family weekend getaway with our 4 dogs which they are very accommodating and dog friendly,the dogs enjoyed the fenced in backyard and patio and was very well stocked including emergency supplies and pet supplies which there is also a special room for the dogs with 2 crates and dog beds. I hope to come back,I highly recommend this place

Loved staying in Grass Valley and just being amidst the pines. Very quiet neighborhood. Space was clean. Host was attentive when we mentioned an issue with the dishwasher. Hot tub was a nice add!

Wonderful house and close to Auburn for the Canyons endurance run. Mars was a great host and communicated really well throughout! House was well stocked and cozy!

My girlfriends and I had a lovely time in NV City over the Easter weekend. Everything was perfect:the weather, our tour of Empire Mine, visiting GV and NV City, and our time at the Tulip Festival. Jess’ place was both incredibly well designed and cozy at the same time. It was immaculately clean, had a well stocked kitchen and was a perfect distance to the main drag in town. In addition, Jess was the most responsive and flexible host - answering all our many questions and asks for local recommendations (we were staying with a big family and kids over Christmas). Would 100% stay here again!

This was the perfect place for a group. We celebrated Christmas in the 4 bed 2 bath country home. We loved the fire pit and natural surroundings. Everything was spotless and high quality. Huge laundry room and most of the rooms are large. Oscar’s hospitality was excellent and we couldn’t be happier. A good value if you want to get away in the Northern California countryside.
