The hosts provided great, easy to follow instructions for check-in/out and proactively sent messages to ensure everything was okay once we had arrived. We didn't need assistance with anything during our stay. House was clean, well stocked (every kitchen item you could possibly need) and a great layout. LOVED the covered deck off the kitchen. We would absolutely rent from Kim and hear team again, both at this location and are looking to their other properties as well for future visits!

2nd summer vacation at Caroline’s home and I cannot recommend it enough. The house is clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need. Comfortable beds, clean linens and towels, spotless bathrooms and a large kitchen/dining/living area that’s great to hang out, cook and relax in. And that’s just the inside of the house. The pool and back porch are amazing. As a family traveling with young kids, I just can’t emphasize how much time we spend hanging out in the pool and on the porch. It really makes our vacation to have this awesome feature to enjoy while we are visiting beautiful Wilmington. Caroline is an excellent and responsive host. Communication is seamless and when the only issue during our stay arose (broken dryer), she responded immediately, had a repairman at the house the same day and even took our wet clothes to her home to dry them. She goes above and beyond. I wish I could stay at this house every time I travel! 10 out of 10.

Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a beach getaway. The hosts were very nice, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The cleanup also was a very simple process and not intensive at all. 10/10!

We really enjoyed our stay hosted by Michelle at Carolina Beach. Everything was so nice and clean at the house and the location wonderful. Michelle checked with me frequently to ensure all was well and that we had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. We hope to return in the future. Thanks again to our wonderful host!

The house was beautiful! We had 9 adults and it still felt huge! Area was perfect and the beach access was wonderful. The host (Jim) was so responsive with questions and extremely friendly. Highly recommend

Lovely home and great hosts. Corinne and David were very warm, communicative and helpful. The home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quaint and in close proximity to downtown and local shopping/restaurants. Corinne and David provided great local recommendations and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with essentials. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to return!

Super comfortable, updated, clean home with amazing fully fenced backyard which includes a separately fenced off pool, outdoor shower, deck with nice outdoor seating and grill area. This place has it all and Andy was very attentive to any questions! Nicely located so beach wasn’t too far and neither was downtown Wilmington! We had a wonderful time!

We loved everything about this place. It was just like the pictures and description in the listing. The condo was immaculate and set up very well. The views and closeness of the beach are amazing. Zach, Meghan and Amanda were great in every way. Communication and response time was excellent and they made our stay stress and worry free. We couldn’t be more satisfied and we will definitely be back.

The night was reasonably priced but Airbnb added a lot to it. Each night was $475, wanted to stay another but it was going to be $611.

Had an amazing long weekend stay! Beach just steps away right across the street. Great use of space with king bed, pull out couch, two vanity’s and a tub/shower separated by doors so you really can have privacy in each space. Will be staying again!

Perfect spot for a beach getaway, stunning view and fun beach community with a lot of entertainment. Host was a great communicator and the condo fit the description in the listing. Thanks for a great stay!

After arriving in Carolina Beach and my previous rental not looking as described. I had to find a place quick. I booked it and she responded to me right away. She was able to assist us with anything we needed. She reached out several times to be sure that we were satisfied, enjoyed our stay and if we needed anything . The place was beautiful, clean quiet and many places in walking distance. I will definitely book again in the future

My fiancé and I visited this Airbnb for about two days and we enjoyed our stay. The ocean is literally a walk away and the area is calm and peaceful.

Loved staying here. Easy access to beach. Great view! Walking distance to everything.
