Paola’s description of where to go and places to see was extremely helpful. The house met every expectation and more! She was more than accommodating with every detail in her book she left us. The house was clean and well stocked with things needed. With the information given we experienced a great restraint, easy grocery shopping and more! We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend to anyone who wants the private beach vacation with amazing views and scenery.

The cottage is located just behind the US Embassy on a private street with around the clock security, so I felt very safe. The cottage itself was very comfortable and relaxing. It's only about a 8 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants on the beach. The Fish Fry area is a little over a mile away, but you can take the bus for 1.50. The two restaurants we tried there, Goldie's and Oh' Andros weren't very good. I was very disappointed with my overall experience with the restaurants in the area. My savior was the McDonald's just down the street from the cottage. This was my first time in the Bahamas and more than likely my last. The beach was beautiful, but I'm from South Florida...

House is a great base, with easy access into Nassau town by local bus. Inclusion of a sun parasol and beach furniture etc is a great addition A couple of very nice restaurants and bars are also on the doorstep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were staying at this apartment before getting ready to sail for a week, it was the perfect place to stay to relax before our trip on the water. It would also be great for a longer stay as you have all the amenities to use right there at Palm Cay Resort (pool, bar, restaurant, beach, etc.) Additionally, Sandrina was an extremely proactive and responsive host for any and all needs we had during our stay. She strived to make our stay perfect and was both flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend!

This place is a gem! From before the stay to the final airport ride, we had to do very little thinking/planning thanks to Isaac’s suggestions. The location is perfect and within about a 10 minute walk to Baha Bay waterpark and about 20 mins to the resort for more restaurants. If planning to go further we used Big Mama Taxi 🚕 . They also have a convenient map of the bus routes in a book with other helpful info on local attractions. There is a private beach steps away that feels very secluded and like you’re on your own beach :) We spent plenty of time out there soaking up sun on the provided beach towels. If you have any questions during your stay the host, manager, taxi companies are all responsive and ready to help. So happy we chose to stay here vice a resort. This made for a much more pleasant and we’re looking forward to going back!

The hosts were fantastic throughout. Any flaws one might find with the house and its amenities are completely overshadowed (nullified) by the unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean, the pool, and the dock. We did not want to leave the dock. Ever. We spent the preponderance of our time outside, whether on the dock, at the pool, or on the second story deck. And the day that we paddled over to the beach (15 minutes tops) was magical. Pristine sand, no crowds...pure Caribbean. Perfect!! Star gazing was super. And we would come back on those merits alone. If you're looking for modern, clean lines, minimalist decor, this is probably not the place for you. If you want a large expansive kitchen with the latest appliances, this is probably not the place for you. If you want double vanities and large glass walk-in showers, this is probably not the place for you. But if you care most about the view, the proximity to water, the solitude and quiet, and the sun, this place is definitely for you.

Janet’s place was absolutely everything and more! My husband and I went for my 40th birthday and it was the perfect place for my celebration! We wanted a quiet, private, walk out to beach paradise and let me tell you, Janet’s place did not disappoint! It is now my favorite place! Janet herself is sensational! She made sure we felt at home and had the best time. We also felt very safe. We will be back! Thank you Janet for sharing your beautiful and special home with us! Katie

Lavelle's place was a wonderful getaway for us. Very peaceful and nice scenery. We had a cozy stay and everything we needed. Lavelle is a great host. She provided great restaurant recommendations and one for a car rental too. Thanks for a great stay!

Derricks place was an amazing stay. Tranquil, peaceful, beautiful view, ocean water steps out the back door. Turtles and manta rays at night. Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend
