Out in the country but close to everything. 2 miles off of I-77, 1 1/2 miles off of US 19. 20 minutes or less to NRG, Summit Bechtel Reserve & Burning Rock. 3 miles to Prosperity dirt track. Rafting, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing & rapelling are all near by. Skiing and tubing at Winterplace is 25 minutes via I 77 S. Plenty of parking for vehicles & trailers. This house is conveniently located off of Route 19. You will be located one mile from the New River Gorge Bridge. You will be within a 15 minute walk to all Fayetteville has to offer. It is a short drive or bike ride to hiking trails, mountain biking trails, rock climbing or white water rafting. The house sits on a 1/2 acre lot, that is enclosed with a chainlink fence, for those of you who are bringing a pet.
