Our villa was built in 1914 and is full of stunning character features. It has three large bedrooms, open-plan living, dining and kitchen, a large bathroom, sunny outdoor area and a basic sleep out with separate toilet. There is enough space for the whole family or large groups to enjoy. Set in a beautiful street surrounded by large trees, come and listen to the birds and relax. Only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and close to cafes and town. We welcome you to enjoy a stay in sunny Hawke’s Bay!

This charming villa, situated in the heart of Wainui, is full of character. With panoramic views overlooking Akaroa Harbour and the surrounding hills, this is a superb spot to relax and unwind. Come and enjoy the unique environment any time of year. This spacious family home has 4 (+1) bedrooms, a kitchen/living room with a large log burner, and another living/dining room with an open fire, both opening onto the veranda. The Villa

Semi detached villa. Within walking distance from town. 15mins walk or 3mins drive to Scotts Bar and Restaurants. Lovely older house. Kept in the older style of furnishings but comfortable and warm. There is a play ground which is at the school a couple of hundred yards away. Also a German Café and Vegan Cafe across the road. A free standing fire and heat pump for warmth. The whole house is yours 3 Bedrooms, open lounge, dinning room and Kitchen. Coffee and tea are provided.
