I’m so glad my previous reservation was canceled because it led me to Vy’s lovely apartment in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. The location was perfect — peaceful yet close to cafes, restaurants, and shops. The apartment was cozy, clean, and felt just like home. I especially appreciated the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the well-maintained shared facilities, which made my stay even more comfortable. Vy was an amazing host — responsive, thoughtful, and kind throughout my stay. What started as a setback turned into a truly great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Vy’s place to anyone visiting the city!

This is the third time I stayed at this place in the last year. It was comfortable and convenient. My stay was 4 weeks this time, so I tried using the washing machine and it worked very well. The machine had instructions in English, which made it user friendly.

이번에 오랜 친구들이랑 첫 해외여행을 다녀왔습니다~ 시끄럽지 않고 조용한 동네에 위치하고 있어 편안하게 잘 지내다 돌아 왔습니다~ 숙소기준 어느곳이든 20분대에 택시로 이동할수 있고 택시비도 저렴해서 부담없이 지내다 왔습니다~ 호스트 분도 대응 잘 해주시고 친절 하십니다~ 아! 옥상에서 바라보는 전망도 아주 좋아요 ㅎㅎ

房源在一个很local的区域，你可以深入感受到当地人的生活。房东和她的姐姐非常热情漂亮，他们还有一只很可爱的狗，谢谢房东请我吃水果，甚至在早上为我做了美味的鸡肉米粉和咖啡。

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Incredible views from this gorgeous property! Our family loved staying here, kids especially loved the swimming pool and there was even safety swimming vests which was very handy. Location is wonderful and the home is beautiful, excellent value, we’ll definitely be back when we visit Vung Tau again.

편안하게 머물다 갈수 있는 숙소입니다. 1층 공용 공간 2층 큰방+화장실. 작은방+화장실 3층 큰방+화장실. 작은방. 공용화장실 4층 주방 식탁 수영장 4층은 외부 노출이라 에어컨은 없고 선풍기가 있습니다

Host was nice and friendly. Had a few minor problems but overall it was good experience

I love these group of buildings and the host supplied basic cooking supplies which is rarity in Vietnam Airbnb’s so that’s a big plus for me. Would happily stay here again

was a great place to live for short period of time. it was having nice view from swimming pool area. Kids have really enjoyed the place.

Tôi có thể giới thiệu tiệm làm tóc kiểu trang trí, nhà hàng sushi ở phía sau ngôi nhà, quán cà phê buổi sáng Sài Gòn và việc sử dụng ứng dụng Grab để đến thành phố bận rộn một cách nhanh chóng, bằng taxi.

Băng was an amazing host! She was very responsive and helpful. This was my first time in Vietnam & I had a great time staying in district 7 at her apartment. I will come visit again in the future!!
