Free off-street parking. Entire house with pool (heating pool is no longer available). 3 mn walk to Shopping/restaurants. 15mn drive to Destin. 7 minute drive to beach. Decorated with original art from Madagascar, where the owner Yolande is from, and where Yolande's husband Clint worked for 24 years. Clint is a native of Ft Walton Beach and a Vietnam Combat Veteran. No pets allowed (even visitors' pets). NO CAMERAS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE HOUSE.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful studio condo on Chotawhatchee Bay in the Bluewater Bay neighborhood. Watch the beautiful sunsets, abundant sea life and boats coming in and out from the Marina. Just a short walk to the marina and Schooners Restaurant and a 10-15 minute drive to the white sandy beaches of Destin. Bluewater has plenty of amenities (Golf, tennis, pickle ball, and pools are additional fees). NOTE: no boats can dock at the condo dock.

Located in a nice neighborhood. With self check-in. Valid ID (with a photo) of both guests staying in order to get the code. Water+coffee are courtesy.
