Cosy apartment tucked on the downtown outskirts, right on the spot of peace and convenience! The place is perfect for people who plan to have everything they need on a walkable distance (city centre is less than a 10min walk away, while the shops, restaurants, markets are located around the building), who plan to use their car solely for going around Nikšić or across Montenegro. Ivan was actively responsive, very communicative, friendly, a great local companion! We found the apartment in a pristine state, slept like babies, perfect for a one-night-stay. Definitely worth having this catch in mind.

Amazing apartment with everything you need for a long or short stay. The dryer makes all the difference! The owner is super! In my opinion the best apartment in town!

A very nice apartment, located in the central area of Niksic. The apartment has all home appliances it should have for a comfortable stay. Milos was easy to communicate with. Check in/out time and finding the location was very accurate and easy. I highly recommend!

Great family. Modern studio flat with small balcony overlooking rear garden. The place advertised had a plumbing problem on arrival but the studio above the garage was offered and in many ways it is better because it has a balcony which is out of the sun. The garden has many fruits and vegetables which you can share if you wish. The neighbourhood is friendly and I made many friends. There are wild dogs but I could walk mine with no problems. The studio flat has everything you need including a washing machine. The furniture is modern and so it the kitchen. Will return without a second thought. Great stay with great hosts. Area is really safe and I would walk my dog without locking my apartment.

The apartment is absolutely lovely! Located on the top (4.5th) floor with no lift (something to consider), it has charming sloped ceilings and skylight windows that create a cosy, welcoming feel. It was spotlessly clean and smelled great when we arrived. All the furnishings are new, high-quality, and very comfortable—from the bed and bedding to the kitchen appliances, everything is thoughtfully designed. The PS4 is a nice extra, especially on rainy days. Vladimir is a kind and responsive host who answered all our questions and helped with anything we needed. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the main square with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. Parking is shared with neighbours; we were lucky to always find a spot. Note that the bath isn’t full-sized, and due to the sloped ceiling, it’s not possible to stand in it—we had to crouch or sit to shower. We’d happily recommend this flat and would love to return!

The house was very comfortable and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful. Marija was a perfect host and replied to my inquiries very quickly.

Aleksandar was really nice, the house is really well located to visit Ostrog Monastery. I recommend!

We enjoyed the stay in Majda’s house. Majda is super host and it was our pleasure to meet such a great person. She was waiting for us till we arrived vary late in the evening. She prepared small and very yummy refreshment and for our children bonbons. The house is located in very calm area wit stunning views. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner each day on terrace. Near to the house is canyon wit very nice place for picnic and small swimming in the river. The access to the canyon is only with the guider. Very near to the house is very good restaurant Nevidio with very professional service and super top cusine. All the nature is very near and we made each day trips to mountain. Das Haus liegt direkt am See, wo es kaum Mücken gab, allerdings allerlei anderes Krabbelzeug. Darauf sollte man sich einstellen. Es ist wahnsinnig schön gelegen, ruhig und privat. Morgens bekamen wir immer einen kurzen Besuch von einer Schafs- und Ziegenherde und es steht mittlerweile ein zweites Häuschen auf dem Gelände, welches aber unbewohnt war. Als wir im September da waren, wurde es nachts bereits etwas kühler. Der Hauptraum lässt sich super mit dem Ofen heizen, das Schlafzimmer bleibt allerdings ungeheizt, daher lieber lange Sachen mitbringen und aufs Holz hacken einstellen. Die Kanus waren ein toller Bonus zum Haus! Gorica war ein toller Gastgeber, gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es jedem empfehlen!

Het is een prachtig huisje met een prachtige grote tuin waar je heerlijk tot rust komt. Natasa is erg vriendelijk! We kregen een erg warm welkom toen we aankwamen bij het huisje. Natasa had allerlei lekkere hapjes klaargemaakt.
