If you are willing to stay in New Cairo this is the best apartment for you, safe compound, calm and the apartment is spacious، beautifully decorated and furnished. 3 master bed rooms , very comfortable beds, the kitchen was fully Equipped with everything you need, Cleaning service was available on request she was kind and fast. The host “Omar” was very responsive and helpful every time, he made everything clear and easy, A respectful person who is easy to deal with.

The apartment was very tastefully decorated and equipped. The host thoughfully provided extra amenities like drinking water, toiletries, Netflix and was extremely responsive. The host graciously provided a late checkout which made our stay very comfortable. Wonderful experience.

Great for American travelers! This apartment is located in a compound called Rehab. We recently stayed here, and enjoyed it a lot! Rehab is a city within a city. If you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Cairo during your visit, this is the place to be! Great restaurants within 10 minutes walking, and Talbat also delivers here. Nagi and his brother were great hosts. When we got to the apartment we were politely greeted, and shown the home. Nagi left us waters and juices which was a beautiful touch. Definitely worth the value- I would stay here again!

Walid was a great host, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. He was always available if I needed anything, but otherwise left to be at home - welcomed after a day exploring! The place was exactly what I expected, located on the West Bank, a very short walk from the public ferry. It offered some peace from intensity of the city. The secluded garden was a special place to start and finish days, feeling immersed in a more authentic Egyptian experience than I would get anywhere else. The Egyptian and Moroccan architecture makes for a fantastic experience, with domed ceilings and arches built into all the rooms, and some quite special bathrooms (I had a tour). My room was spacious, had plenty of places to spread out my things and all the modern features needed (AC, fridge, hot water, power sockets). Walid and his family have clearly put passion, energy and creativity into building this place and I really wish Walid success with future plans, which I hope to return and see.

Ahmed, his place, and his process were fantastic. Very communicative. Very accommodating given a couple snags we had traveling. Additionally the previous reviews rang true - he was super helpful with coordinating trips to Abu Simbel and Luxor. He also made the demystified the ferry when we arrived. His place was clean and accommodated 4 adults well. Thank you Ahmed for the great stay.

Always a pleasure to rent Mohamed's units He convinced me to take a vacation in Sokhna and for the first time, It looks like a small paradise in Egypt A beautiful resort, sandy beach and a great chalet. Like usual, professional cleaning, always responsive and great customer service The chalet was modern, well maintained, fully equipped with electronics, kitchen appliances. The best part about it, its beautiful terrace with stunning view of artificial lakes and golf course. It had outdoor furniture and BBQ set. Thanks for inviting me for this amazing vacation and definitely I will be coming back

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bassil’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet enough to unwind at the end of the day. What truly made this experience special, though, was Bassil. He was one of the most thoughtful and responsive hosts I’ve ever encountered. He went out of his way to make sure I felt at home, offering great local tips and always being available if I had any questions. His warm hospitality made all the difference. I can’t recommend this place enough. Whether you’re in El Gouna for a short visit or a longer stay, you won’t be disappointed. This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! It was even better than advertised. Suhaib, who helped us with check-in, was an absolute delight — friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive. He provided us with TukTuk contacts, allowed us an early check-in without any extra charge, and immediately sent someone to fix a minor bathroom issue when it arose. On our checkout day, he even let us return after a beach trip to shower, which was so thoughtful. The terrace was a highlight — huge, beautiful, and perfect for late-night chats and drinks. Compared to other places we’ve stayed at in Gouna, this Airbnb was far more equipped: tons of condiments in the kitchen, a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, plenty of towels, and extra pillows. Everything was spotless when we arrived, even with the early check-in. Mohsen and Suhaib truly went above and beyond, even working hard to get us our QR codes on very short notice. My friends and I would absolutely love to stay here again.

The stay at this chalet was very nice. The resort and chalet are relatively new and as described. The resort is very quiet with a nice beach. its is a good place to spend a low key quiet weekend with some sun and sea and close to Cairo. The compound is still under construction, but that does not impact the unit and experience of the stay. There are no facilities in the compound yet, but there places close by to grab your food and basic necessities. Nicholas was very responsive and friendly in communication and setting up the access and exit from the unit. I will hopefully visit there again.

È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole, la posizione dell’appartamento comodissima vicino al mare,. Ahmed è una persona cordialissima, Molto reattivo al momento del bisogno e comunque sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Se ritornerò ad Hurgada sicuramente prenoterò ancora da lui.

Samer was a great host very responsive and attentive to my family needs. The place was very clean, neat and well equipped. The place had everything we needed including heaters. We had no trouble finding the place and everyone in the building is very helpful. Samer kept in touch in case we needed anything which made our stay more comfortable. The view is Amazing especially in the afternoon you can see the pyramids.
