A fabulous apartment with a super pool. Had everything we needed for a super stay Matthew was a super host, very friendly and flexible

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

Mindarie is a gem of a neighbourhood, beautiful marina, peaceful, great pubs and cafes - Victoria's place could not be better located on the marina. I hope we have the chance to come back again soon.

The unit was set up with everything you could possible need and it was clear they had thought of every angle and possibility to make their guests feel at home. Walk accross the road to stunning beaches and great food and amenities below the apartment. Dave was awesome from the beginning, we had car issues on the way and he was flexible with the check in and offering assistance if required. When we arrived he met us and gave us a tour of the building as well as advice of local eateries. The place was beautiful and surpassed all expectations. Dave sent across details of restaurants and beaches to visit which was super helpful. A lot of hosts forget that their attitude towards guests is just as important as the accommodation. However, Dave has this dialled, cannot fault him or the apartment at all. Cheers Dave

Lovely location with amazing view, was excellent having AC in both bedrooms. Easy walk to the beach and great cafe about a 15 minute walk away. Katie was very friendly and offered suggestions of what to do in the area and helpful when we needed something :)

We had a great stay with our two fur kids at the indiocean beach shack. It was exactly as described in the listing. It was a quiet and private location, we went there to relax and didn’t venture out too far which was perfect for us. The beach was literally a 2 minute walk and had the most beautiful sunsets. Hayley is a very responsive host and has thought of everything. We highly recommend a stay here and we hope to visit again in the future💛

We had such a fantastic stay at this property! It was in a great location, really close to all the amenities we needed, which made everything super convenient. The place itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out — you can tell a lot of care has gone into making it feel like a home away from home. The host was absolutely lovely — so proactive and helpful throughout our entire stay. From the start, communication was clear and friendly, and they were always available if we needed anything. They even sent us suggestions of things to do in the area, which was such a nice touch and really helped us make the most of our trip. What really stood out was the flexibility — we had a late flight and the host kindly allowed us to stay longer on check-out day, which made everything so much easier. All in all, a brilliant place to stay. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

We stayed with Kelly while visiting family in Perth and the place was amazing, the moment you arrive you are blown away with the amazing view but also the home itself was beautiful and had everything you need. We can’t wait to come back again thank you for making our time in Perth one to remember!

A modern, light, architecturally-designed house very suitable for our needs. Enjoyed the outdoor shower and verandah. Kristy and Ben were very responsive.

Great little house that feels so homey! Th house is kept very clean and neat. We loved our stay and definitely did not want to head home. Our 4yr old daughter loved having a ride around the cul-de-sac which was free from busy traffic. We walked most places since everything was quite close by. Our host was wonderful, and super helpful, and quick to respond. Thanks for having us!

Had every thing we needed shops close by beds nice to sleep in easy clean would of like some chairs to sit out side need more toilet paper and bin bags but no for next time great place would stay again next trip if its close to where i need to go thank you
