The two bedroom two bathroom en-suite apartments occupy levels 2 and 3 while the four separate studios are on the first level. The basement level contains a large ski dry room. The two bedroom apartments have a large living area with plenty of space to relax in. Several popular restaurants are within a short walk but for those wishing to cook, every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen.

This is a hostel-style inn called "Matcha house" for those who want to stay in Niseko at a reasonable price and enjoy skiing and snowboarding. Good location, 5 min by bus from Grand Hirafu Ski Resort. Free shuttle bus operate around this area in winter season. All rooms are private rooms (lockable), not shared rooms. The room is fully equipped with a TV, table, chairs, heating and hangers. The shower room and toilet are shared. Extra towels can be rented (bath towel 200 yen).
