Great house with an amazing view. It was nice that the host left a Christmas tree up for our celebration. The beds were very comfortable. We communicated a few maintenance issues to the host. Overall it was great for our family to meet up for the holidays.

We had an amazing time during our stay. The views are incredible and Benson was a gracious host.

We travelled from SC for an overnight trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peggy’s place! It was just like it’s described, great location too! The porches are perfect for morning coffee. The house is well stocked with anything you could need! Peggy is a great host, her response time to my messaged was quick, she was very accommodating to us and our arrival time! Check in was a breeze! Highly recommend! We will definitely stay there again!

We stayed here for our annual mom and son‘s trip. With three moms and five boys all around the age of 10 we needed space inside and outside for them to run off their energy. The boys had a great time at the house. The backyard was an amazing place to find adventures. We walked down to the river to fish and then finished the night with s’mores by the fire. The upstairs room with four queen beds made for an awesome space for the boys to hang out at the end of the night. Us three moms had an amazing time too. We would definitely go back

This was probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. So thoughtful on all the details, relaxing to step foot in. Our dog and toddler loved it too. Oh and when I foolishly left a bunch of. Clothes behind Lara let me know right away and had them shipped back to us. Phew and thank you!

Paul's place was just as described. Perfect for our family of 5. Everything was very neat and clean. Plenty of towels and linens. The screened in back porch was great for our grandson-Beautiful view as well. The fenced yard and beautiful landscaping was also a plus.

I was in town on business and stayed 3 nights at the Town Mtn Villa #2. The unit was 1 of 3 units located in a large log cabin. The surroundings and outdoor views look just like pictures in the listing. Large decks and beautiful sitting areas surround the log cabin. The unit was very recently updated and offered a full oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The unit is just minutes to Pike U and Pikeville proper. The location was easy to find and access. The price per night was an exceptional value for the quality of the unit. Overall I would give it 5 out of 5 stars and recommend this unit to anyone looking for an alternative to the hotels in the area. One thing to note: you may not get to park near the unit. Parking is somewhat limited, with only 2 small upper parking spots and multiple units available for rent. Parking next to the unit is not guaranteed. To address this they offer additional parking areas over the hill near the roadway. Great place, would rent again.
