The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Chauffeur’s Apartment on Historic Property

Enjoy the former chauffeur's quarters located on the grounds of our National Register of Historic Places property with access to the tranquil gardens of the Manor House. The kitchen is complete and the comfortable full-sized bed should provide a good night's rest. Downtown activities are within easy walking distance. There are multiple seating areas to enjoy the extensive gardens on the one acre grounds that are shared with the main property. We cannot host guests under the age of 16.

Waxhaw is a small town rich in Heritage and bustling with activity, parks, unique shops, fine dining, breweries and local food in a relaxing atmosphere. Our town offers a sense of well being for all who work, live and visit here! Jud's Place is just 10 min from downtown and is a peaceful and quiet location to getaway from the busyness of life. There are three other flats on site, Keswick Loft, Keswick Studio, and Keswick Tiny House. You can find them by zooming into the map at the Suite's location. Keswick Retreat is a serene space in a quiet neighborhood near the heart of uptown. The Retreat has large glass doors with lovely views of the surrounding trees that makes the unit feel like a treehouse. Custom details make Keswick Retreat a peaceful and sophisticated place to stay.
