Our family really enjoyed our stay. The beach was really close and beautiful, and uncrowded . The house has been well maintained and has had loads of extra spaces added. We used their grill which worked great, enjoyed their fireplace and the kids loved the game room. Super convenient to use the garage door for loading and unloading. Lots of parking places and really reasonable pricing! Thanks for the great memories!

Such a beautiful place to stay. Amazing property with a lil bit of everything. The pond was really rad and full of life. The property is really big with lots of room to roam or have your own space if needed. The fire pit over looking the Mad River and the ocean is perfectly placed. Plenty of fire wood was provided. The home is cozy and comfortable. There's river access that is great for dogs and kids. There's a cool creek that flows into the river as well. The river gets pretty wild on windy days. You can access the ocean by crossing the river. It's pretty wide. Paddle boards or a canoe is definitely a must to get across. Over all this was my favorite place I've stayed in Humboldt. I've been to many. I'll definitely be coming back next year 😊

This was the perfect place for our first road trip with our newborn baby and dog. Absolutely beautiful location with huge, securely fenced yard for our pup to explore. The house is very comfortable and well outfitted with all the kitchen stuff we needed to cook all of our meals, shower toiletries, etc. The view from the house and porches is stunning and the private beach could be fun for swimming or using the two person kayak. We will absolutely be back!

This is a perfect coastal getaway pad! Exactly as pictured and so much more. Abigail was a super host, 100% there for us within minutes through the messaging part of the app. Will definitely be coming back again. Met lots of the neighbors and their dogs! Everyone was great! Can't say enough about it!

Jay’s home is an oasis only 1.5 hours from San Francisco - a perfect place for a long weekend get-away with my husband and golden retriever. The house is very private and serene, perched above the river. We loved cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and spent hours playing games at the outdoor dining table. We loved meeting Jay, who was welcoming, extremely hospitable and made us feel right at home. Thank you Jay, we hope to be back again soon!

This place is a must, if you need a reset to unwind. The view is worth the travel. Would definitely recommend this place. This airbnb has everything you need.

We have stayed in Airbnb’s all over the world and this is our favorite. The location on the coast and many hiking trails was perfect. The townhome was amazing. It is beautifully decorated with art, comfortable beds and a kitted out kitchen! It was a wonderful place to reconnect as a family while exploring a very majestic coastline!

Lovely home and huge! They had a good stereo but didn’t have the right connections for our phones, and had no way to listen to music. Vacasa office told us that we didn’t need to pick up the packet- which we appreciated because we were late - but then we discovered we had to have parking passes or they would boot our car until we paid cash for the fine. Would be easier to put parking passes in the house.

This stay exceeded all expectations, we loved it! The space was immaculately clean and more spacious than the photos suggested. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked—we had everything we needed and more including Spanish Paprika! The magical jacuzzi under the stars with the sound of waves crashing was the cherry on top. There were issues initially with permits of our previous booking, Vacasa was also very proactive and helpful throughout the booking process and responsive in all communications, which made everything seamless. We’d return in a heartbeat!

My husband & I stayed at Henricks condo for 6 weeks as we were helping to watch our grandchildren who live in same condo complex. Henrick was in touch with us often & was willing to come by and help with whatever we might need. He actually did come over as soon as we had a problem with the TV/Internet and he gladly fixed the problem by heading out to the store. The bed & linens were very comfortable and everything was neat & clean. We felt very safe here with 24 hr security & also knowing that the fire & police station were across the street. The condo complex is well-maintained and the residents are very welcoming. We took many walks on the boardwalk in the complex which abuts the SF Bay. We often treated ourselves to a soak in the hot tub or a dip in the resort style pool! Henrick was kind to reach out on our last days there, wishing us a safe trip back. He was very receptive to any suggestions & thoughts we had about the condo for future guests including ourselves!!

Wow! This home has an exceptional setting - the spectacular views of the ocean from the great room are mesmerizing. The master bedroom and lower level bedrooms all have gorgeous views of the ocean as well. The Ocean Bluff Trail passes right behind the house, making it so convenient to explore the coast. Great for nature lovers - we saw seals, deer, rabbits, fox, and many varieties of sea birds. Also the home is pet friendly and our dog loved it! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Beautiful place to stay! The amazing sandy beach is just 3min walk away, or the mouth of the river just 2min walk. And, the big backyard is just perfect for kids and pets! Of course the pool was a big hit with our kids! Great location to discover the beautiful nature around, while feeling like you are glamping at a great place. Really recommend!

Great stay for a low-key gathering of friends which included a few young children. Spacious common area was great for everyone to be able to hangout together. Kitchen was well-equipped; we cooked a few meals. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. Responsive and friendly host. Flexible checkout. Would stay again!

Beautiful and super clean house in the magical woods. We loved the window seats everywhere and watching the deer visit every day. The beds are very comfy and towels plush. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub under the stars. Some aspects of the house are a little more rustic than modern, but still very comfortable and cozy. The owner is super responsive and thoughtful and obviously cares a lot about her home.

Beautiful view and such a pretty home! Loved the handpicked selection of things in the home and the plants. The big glass windows with a beautiful view of the ocean was such a treat!

This place was the most stunning Airbnb we have been to. The Bungalow was very peaceful and the lake views were spectacular. The bedroom was right at the entrance and the bed was very comfortable and the hosts had extra sheets and blankets which we appreciated. The bathroom was stocked with lots of towels and even shampoo, conditioner, etc. The living room area/kitchen was by far the most beautiful of the entire place. The kitchen was stocked with basic things like coffee, sugar, cooking oil,etc. as well as cooking pans, pots, utensils, plates etc. the living room area was very comfortable and hosts even provided their Netflix account which was great for a laid back evening. The back door area had incredible views of the lake including a hot tub which was the perfect touch to our stay. We utilized the kayaks that the hosts provided and they were great quality. We overall enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely come back for future visits. Hosts were very responsive and kind.

We had a wonderful stay at Ted’s place. The home and grounds are stunning, and in a close location to a beach and short drive to town. Ted was very helpful and the trip went smoothly. Highly recommend!

This home was perfect for a peaceful, secluded getaway. The views were absolutely amazing and the small town was so cute. Jared’s home was clean, well-stocked and had plenty of towels and blankets. It was an amazing spot for our girls trip and we would definitely come back!

Our stay at Sara’s beautiful home in Gualala was amazing. The backyard overlooking the ocean was even more beautiful in person than the pictures. The king bed in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The place was extremely clean, comfortable for a group, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

This was a perfect hideaway spot for our family of 2 adults and 4 teens! Irish beach is a lot of fun and worth either the walk or drive down. Make sure you bring layers for both inside and out - it's coastal and there was a lot of fog when we were there in July. Hamid has plenty of heaters etc. in the house so you won't be cold. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and dine well. The washer and dryer were great amenities to have. Hamid is a very friendly and pleasant host. I would recommend this home.

Charlie is a great host and very responsive. You have a great view of Dillon’s Beach and the ocean. The family loved staying there, just be aware that you have some stairs to go up to get to the house. For most people, that should not be a problem. My 3 year old grandson loved to go up and down them and hike to the beach(definitely with in walking distance). Beautiful location and we saw plenty of wild life in the area. Thank you for great experience.

This place is beautiful. The kitchen had an amazing view. The bathroom in the master was bathroom goals/dreams. Overlooking the ocean. The walk down to the beach is a little steep but doable. Couple hike within a short drive. Overall would book again. Lots of bathrooms and places to sleep.
