Right off the bat, Jason was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Kurt was very responsive and made us feel at home. Both always warm and friendly. This gorgeous carriage house is completely stocked with everything you need. From your cooking pans and condiments, to linens and toiletries. Sitting on the back deck and taking in the beautiful views was our favorite part. We are very grateful to both Jason and Kurt for sharing their wonderful carriage house with our family. We can’t wait to come back!

We all really enjoyed our stay - great location with easy access to Bretton Woods ski area, not to mention a view of Mount Washington out the back door. We loved the fact that we could bring our dogs - they loved sleeping in front of the gas fireplace! We were thankful that the surrounding tenants were quiet and respectful. Parking was easy and overflow parking was close to the unit. We appreciated that all linens, TP, paper towels, tissues, soaps, etc. were provided. The unit felt newer, was very clean, and had comfortable cushy furniture. Plenty of DVDs and some games, but could have used more kid-friendly options. We hope to visit again and hopefully next time with more trails open at Bretton Woods! Thank you!

Annie’s Airbnb was a perfect place to stay for us! We remote worked half days in the Airbnb, and did local hikes each day. Gorham is perfect for this with easy access to Pinkham Notch. The apartment was spotless, well appointed, and was stocked all the amenities that we needed. Annie was so friendly, and responded to our questions right away. We will definitely be back!!

Got to enjoy a few nights visiting with my best friends at this cozy spot! We were able to feel at home and enjoy each other's company being surrounded by very thoughtful curated space. Joked maybe times about not wanting to leave!

Mike’s place was the perfect spot to stay in the Greenwood/Bethel area for a ski weekend. The penthouse was as advertised and very comfortable!

Planned a last minute getaway to go skiing with the kids over school vacation. Sofia’s condo was exactly as listed and fit our needs. The beds were super comfortable and it was cute, cozy and clean. Easy access to Cranmore and Attitash as well as downtown N Conway for food and shopping. Would definitely rent again or suggest to friends!

Great space, plenty big enough and loved that it was above the Cafe. There was a snow storm while we were there and our hosts were super nice and gave us battery operated lights in the event of power outages. Would 100% go back again when in the area.

Jess’ place was just what we were looking for. Quiet neighborhood off the main roads. About a 10 minute drive to Pleasant Mtn Ski resort - easy drive! Great restaurants/pubs nearby (walkable). Jess is very responsive and everything from start to finish was very easy. Highly recommended!!

Eileen's place was very private, quiet and cozy. Beds were comfy and location was only about 15 min from the center of North Conway. We would stay here again!

Perfect for a last minute, 2 night stay to go skiing and shopping. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The adjoining rooms were perfect for us as our daughters had their own space. Rooms were exactly as pictured. The hallways could use some updating and cleaning. High traffic after a day of skiing and all the salt and dirt being brought in. Great stay and would book with Jarrod again. Thank you for the stay!

Bob was a super responsive host and the place was great for access to the mountain and a ski weekend. Shuttle service or a short drive yourself. I would recommend checking in on Friday (we did Saturday) just because the managing company isn't open on weekends and if you need something it will get there, but takes a bit longer. Place was great and spacious for us and our kiddo to enjoy the mountain and unwind. Access to the health club/pool was a huge plus for a swim after a day on the slopes.

We had a wonderful stay in Bartlett. Lorraine's condo was sparkling clean and absolutely adorable! We found everything we needed to cook with pans and pots in great condition (which is not often the case on Airbnb). The location is perfect, super close to gorgeous hiking trails. Plus, the clubhouse with pool and jacuzzi is fabulous after a long day hike. We'd love to come back! Easy five stars rating! Thanks Lorraine!!

Great stay. Easy self check-in, the host was super responsive about minor questions, the place was clean and exactly as advertised. The location is very kid friendly, there's a nice playground across the street, a beach and mini shopping plaza, and an athletic club (passes were $50/day for families) all within a 5 minute walk. Fantastic experience and would definitely stay again.

This property was a perfect place to stay while exploring Mount Washington/WMNF. 10 minutes to town, 25 minutes to Pinkham Notch, and great amenities. Deidre provided excellent instructions on how to navigate the check in process and was proactive about making sure we were enjoying our stay. Will be on the lookout for this property again next time I visit the area.

Absolutely charming rental! The apartment was clean, in good condition, easy to access with everything being accurate in the listing. The jetted tub and fireplace were fantastic for us to wind down after a long day of enjoying nature! The hosts were prompt, courteous and professional at all times. The condo was exactly as pictured. What stood out to me on first impression was how clean the unit was. There were perfect added touches. Clubhouse staff were very nice and Lani was quick to reply when I had a question.
