Mockingbird Lane is located in the Lakewood/Hillside area close to White Rock Lake, Greenville Avenue, and Dallas Arboretum. The duplex is within walking distance of Hillside Village with eateries including Manny's Uptown and Dream Cafe. DART transit station at Mockingbird and US75 is 3 miles away. The Duplex is within walking distance to some quality affordable restaurants.

The space has a bedroom with a queen bed in a safe and peaceful neighborhood - you might even see peacocks and horses walking about! My work studio is upstairs (used 10-4pm M-F) but I’m very quiet.
