Less than 1 mile to Starbucks, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores (Fry's/Sprouts/Whole Foods), pharmacies and more. Close to several hospitals. Everything you need is minutes away! 2 blocks from Amberwood park. Perfect for single travelers, couples, up to 3 guests. Must be 25 years minimum age. No kids under 12 years of age (my home is not suitable for small children).

The space is separated from the remainder of the residence where we have two golden retrievers and a purrfect black cat.
