Lovely area for visiting windmills, biking the countryside, nice restaurants, gift shopping, and easy bus stop or train station to get around the country. Zaandikt zaanse schans train stop is just a short walk to Airbnb. Host gives easy directions from the station. Beautiful private garden was perfect. Hot shower and very clean. A fan is provided for warmer nights. A little fridge, microwave, and kettle was convenient. A lot of little touches to make us comfortable.

Nous avons passé trois nuits à quatre dans l'habitacle du capitaine de la péniche Lucie. C'est une expérience ! Un cocon où il fait bon se retrouver au chaud après avoir visiter les marchés de Noël de Gand et de Bruges (desservis rapidement par l'autoroute). Nous avons apprécié pourvoir faire notre petit déjeuner et notre diner car la cuisine est très bien équipée. Les chambres sont étroites mais c'est normal, nous sommes sur un bateau ! Le matin la vue sur le canal est très agréable avec le levé du soleil sur l'eau et l'herbe gelée ! La literie est très confortable et la salle de douche fonctionnelle. Nous avons tous aimés cette expérience, d'autant plus que les hôtes sont très accueillants et présents sur le bateau. Nous recommandons cet hébergement aux personnes qui aiment l'insolite avec du confort !

Warm and welcoming hosts in a cosy, clean, peaceful and homely setting. The breakfast is next level, delicious. Even better than described, the twin beds and double are in separate rooms within the suite, creating a quiet and private set-up. Thank you Bart for a great stay!

Schöne Wohnung im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrparteien Ferienhauses. Als Paar mit 2 erwachsenen Kindern haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Zimmer und es gibt 2 voll ausgestattete Bäder. Die Terrasse lädt zum Aufenthalt und gemeinsamen Essen ein. Man ist direkt am Dorfrand und kann die Ruhe der Insel gut genießen.

We had a great stay at Davide’s place! He was very responsive, informative, and helpful throughout. It was quite cold during our visit, and when we asked for extra blankets and more heat, he took care of it immediately—much appreciated! The best part is definitely the location: right in the city center, literally steps from restaurants, bars, shops, and just an alley away from Kalverstraat, the main shopping street. The apartment itself is comfortable, with plenty of snacks provided (thank you!). It’s also easy to access, with both tram and metro stops nearby. As others have mentioned, the stairs are steep—but that’s typical for Amsterdam. If you’re traveling with large luggage and don’t have mobility concerns, it’s totally manageable. Would definitely recommend!

gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer kompletten Küche und genug Platz für 6 Personen. Zwei kleine Badezimmer, aber jeweils mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC eingerichtet. Sehr gut, wenn man mit mehreren Personen anreist. Die beiden Kühlschränke waren für unseren Aufenthalt schon gut gefüllt, es gab dann täglich noch frische Brötchen.

nous avons été très bien accueillis par Lars et son équipe tout au long de notre séjour, offrant une atmosphere tres familiale à notre séjour. l'hôtel est très cosy, très bien situé, et avec de beaux équipements. la chambre était très confortable, et nous avons pu bénéficier d'un lit bébé pour notre fils. nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Every time when I look for accommodations on the Airbnb I try to search not only with my mind and eyes, but also with my heart. And this time it help me again found the best option. This tropical oasis in beautiful quiet street old district of Antwerp stolen my heart. And helped make my little dream about romantic princess's holidays come true. Everything was perfect: Ben met and greeted us, gave everything what we need, told about rules and instruction of house. He is a very friendly and helpful host. It was very pleasant conversation. Cozy comfortable bed, balcony, stairs in a beautiful house thought out to the smallest detail. Aesthetics and love in every detail. This is for connoisseurs!

Es war ein rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub. Die Unterkunft war super, die Privatsauna und das Hamam waren abends eine tolle Möglichkeit, den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Durch die sehr ruhige Lage (ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum), konnten wir uns immer sehr gut vom Trubel in der Stadt erholen. Tolle Gastgeber, die immer erreichbar waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit in Brügge.

hele fijne locatie. zwembad en sauna is fijn extra alsmede de mogelijkheid om zelf iets te dringen te pakken en ijs! heel gastvrij. jammer van de chloor geur in het hotel. verder top bedden en personeel, rustig mooie omgeving ik ga weer boeken (als er een aanbieding is)

Un lieu paisible et splendide qui nous a complètement enchantées ! Tout était absolument impeccable, et nous avions vraiment l’impression de remonter dans le temps. Chaque détail, des objets à la musique en passant par l’atmosphère, était soigneusement pensé, et nous avons été totalement sous le charme ! 😊 Il est important de noter que les escaliers sont un peu raides, donc une petite attention est nécessaire, mais cela n’a en rien gâché notre séjour. Tout le reste était tout simplement parfait. Nous avons également été ravies par l’hospitalité exceptionnelle. Clémentine nous a raconté avec passion l’histoire de l’hostellerie, rendant le lieu encore plus fascinant. Et que dire du thé qu’ils servent, absolument délicieux ! Un endroit unique et chargé d’histoire que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Merci pour ce séjour inoubliable ! 🤍

More than we expected with stylish communal areas and good food/coffee. Absolutely recommendable!

Super schönes und lichtdurchflutetes Loft. Übertrifft die Beschreibung. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr netter und schneller Kontakt. Sehr entgegenkommend auf Nachfrage mit den Check out und Check in Zeiten. Auch für unseren Hund wurden eine flauschige Decke, ein Handtuch und Näpfe bereit gestellt . Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Wir können dieses Loft sehr empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir sind eine Gruppe von 10 Freunden aus ganz Deutschland und treffen uns in regelmäßigen Abständen für gemeinsame Wochenenden. So ein schönes und gemütliches Haus hatten wir noch nie. Wir haben uns alle pudelwohl gefühlt und haben nichts vermisst. Das einzige, was noch ein Upgrade wäre, wäre eine zusätzliche Toilette bei so vielen Leuten. Aber wir sind auch mit einem Bad gut klargekommen. Absolute Empfehlung! Wir überlegen, im Sommer noch einmal wieder zu kommen.

Die schöne Unterkunft von Bianca war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge und ein großer Vorteil ist die Nähe zum wahrscheinlich schönsten Strand der Nordsee. Bianca ist eine äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Person, genauso wie ihr Mann und hat alles prima organisiert. Das gebrachte Frühstück ist ein extra Lob wert...!! Alles blitzsauber und was es braucht um sich pudelwohl zu fühlen. Außerdem sehr ruhig und gemütliches Bett...bestens. Ach so...2 Personen Infrarot Sauna...herrlich, nach einem kühlen Strandtag. Alles wie beschrieben und zu sehen. Fazit...hinfahren und genießen! Besten Dank und dicker Daumen hoch...liebe Grüße, Justus+Mark

A nice and a quiet place but little bit far from the city but still a great place

A modern open plan apartment that works as a very easy to use base for exploring historic Bruge. Easy walking to everything and a quiet location. We really enjoyed our 3 nights there…. recommend it highly.
