Located in a rural area near beautiful beaches & Plum Island Refuge. Beaches are anywhere from a ten to a 25-minute drive. 2 bedrooms & bath are on the second floor & require walking upstairs. For 2 guests, we reserve 1 bedroom. 2 guests requiring separate bedrooms, an additional charge & a special offer will be sent to you. Newburyport is about 15 min. scenic drive away with restaurants, shops, boardwalk, & harbor. MA & city taxes are required. Payment of taxes will be paid upon arrival.

We offer the entire second floor of our home: two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked breakfast / snack room. We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. Make your way to this lovely two-bedroom, one-bathroom suite with a brand-new kitchenette on the first floor of a lovely home just steps from North Beach. A peaceful setting ideal for families or couples. Bandstand, entertainment, and the Boardwalk are all within a 20-minute walk. Enjoy a morning walk, a day trip on bike or foot along the NH Rail Trails less than a mile from the property. There are beach towels and beach bikes available. Children's puzzles and toys are available.

If you’re looking for more space and amenities than staying in a hotel room, but still want the cleanliness and professionalism you’d expect from one, then you may enjoy staying here. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Located in the Chestnut Hill area, sunny private room, private bath, gracious home, quiet, safe neighborhood 6.0 miles from Downtown Boston, 4 1/2 miles from Fenway Park, Celtics & Bruins 7.9 mi; 2 minute walk to public transportation, fine restaurants, interesting shops, near parks, jogging paths . Parking on property. Guests have access and use of living room, kitchen, dining room , bathrooms, backyard which are shared space.

Sweet stay by the ocean w breakfast (1 of 2 rooms)

SWEET STAY is what I call this guest room because many times when guests are leaving they say " thank you for a sweet stay." It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST and is served between 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon and clothing store as well as souvenir shop and more . Sorry but there is no use of kitchen for cooking and very limited fridge space.
