‘The Tree House’ is located in the beautiful village of Cherry Burton with off street parking, just 3 miles from Beverley. Luxury accommodation in the Yorkshire Wolds, ideal for walkers or cyclists, located directly on the popular Route 66. The Cottage is self-contained, with excellent facilities, furnishings, a private patio, access to the garden and off road parking. A lockable shed is available for cycles and there is space for cars and m'bikes to be parked off road. One medium/2 small dogs welcome, contact host. Situated between the North York Moors and Yorkshire Dales National Parks and close to the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty there is plenty to do and see in the area. Richmond, market town is close by .

The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

Come and stay in the beautiful village of Rosedale Abbey in the spectacular North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Moo’s is our converted stone cottage with a lovely living kitchen with cast iron stove and a vintage country feel. A handmade turned staircase leads up to the en-suite bedroom with metal bed stead and roll top bath. Adjacent there is a spacious covered patio area with seating, dining and storage, which looks across to an outdoor patio with fruit trees seating and parking space.

Located 25 minutes walk, or a 5 minute bus journey from the bus stop 1 minute away, to York city centre. Buses go every 7 minutes. 1.1 miles from York racecourse and 0.7 miles from York Designer Outlet. A modern wine bar, cafe, chemist, sandwich shop and traditional real ale pub are located all in easy walking distance in Fulford

The Annexe @ Number 9

The Annexe is located in the pretty village of Great Ouseburn, 10 minutes from the market town of Boroughbridge and a 30 minute drive from both Harrogate and York. The Annexe offers excellent value for money. Comfortable, cosy and well equipped accommodation, everything you need for a relaxing stay for a couple of days or longer. Although it is linked to my home, It is self contained with its own entrance, giving guests their freedom and privacy.

The Garden Suite

NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! Not suitable for children. Please make your that both guests are happy with the house rules before booking. A lovely Suite overlooking the courtyard and garden to which you have free access. Pocklington is 2 miles, with plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants. The local pub is ten minutes walk. York is a 30 minute drive. We are perfectly placed for walking, cycling or driving holidays. York 12 miles.

Victorian Riverside Private Guest Suite

5 miles from York City Centre, Naburn House is situated in the heart of the picturesque, riverside village of Naburn. The guest suite has a rural view of the river Ouse, with direct access to the privately owned river bank. The village boasts a local pub, the Blacksmiths Arms, as well as York Marina with Waterfront Cafe Bar, Naburn Locks and the Solar System cycle route. Buses run regularly to Selby, York Designer Outlet and York City Centre.
