Flat was absolutely flawless! Tastefully decorated, warm and thoroughly cleaned before we checked in. Host was very friendly, easy to reach, had great recommendations, gave us clear instructions on how to check in and out and allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in. Definitely recommend choosing Goodramgate for your next visit.

It a very beautiful apartment, the entrance to the property is really fun and inviting, it makes you want to see what else is there. Would highly recommend stopping here would really enjoy spending a week there. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent location that is right on the Main Street. Many pubs and restaurants right in front. Love all the quaint little shops to look at. The apartment is cosy. The master bedroom is huge & well furnished. The door of the downstairs toilet cannot close so we will ask someone to place a chair outside the door. The stairs leading to the apartment is steep so be careful whilst going up and down the stairs. Access to parking space is very tight through the archway so we parked at the Central Car Park a few minutes walk away Overall a good value for money.

A really perfect location, less than a ten minute walk to anything we wanted to do in York the second time staying with this host and can't fault them. Rooms are clean warm and as described, very cosy very much worth every penny.

We stayed for 2 nights to attend our daughter's graduation. The flat was perfect for our group of 4 adults and very well located for the university and for eating out in the evenings. Wish we had had more time to go to the Art Gallery and do some shopping as well! Would stay there again.

The stay was fabulous, the location is very central and everything is within a five minute walk. The lovely receptionist was ever so polite and helpful and was on hand to help wherever she could. Great business to stay with

Stayed at Su's place from 25-27 Mar & it was awesome from the start! Host was nice, friendly, helpful & was kind to give us a flexible checkin / checkout. She was v thoughtful in helping us buy some necessary stuff like oil, condiments, kitchen towels even garlic/ ginger n in the fridge she gave us a cute lil bottle of milk and a btl of prosecco which was a nice personal touch! Loved the fact that there were 2 rooms with a super comfy queen bed and power points near the bed with a nice powerful fan for ventilation! I cld have my own room n sleep peacefully without hearing my mums snoring so im super grateful for tat! Also loved the huge Tv screen and the comfy sofas too! The apartment was also around 10-15 min walk from the train station which was awesome with a private entrance which was gr8 too! Only cons were my window was slightly rusted, pans were all non stick n even tho i used oil i couldnt make myself a nice fried egg but its all good, all in all it was a v enjoyable stay

Nicky and Mick welcome us the day we arrived. Due to an accident on the road we were using we had to go another way, Micks instructions help us to find it in the end. Everything was lovely but unfortunately I good food poisoning and spent our only full day in bed. I will say the bed was very comfortable and was good it wasn’t far from bathroom. If we decide to come back that way to complete what we wanted to do I will not have any hesitation to book up again. Thank you Nicky and Mick.

The apartment was lovely! Very stylish and comfortable. It was in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and the town. We had a great week and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

This studio flat is lovely and well-equipped, the location is also great for grocery shopping and going to the city centre. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

I had a great time during my stay and would love to visit there again
