This beautiful and sunny 1 bedroom apartment is perfect for your stay in downtown Northampton, Massachusetts. It is walking distance to the Amtrak train station, all downtown restaurants and venues. Perfect for a stay to visit Smith College. You will find the beautiful claw foot tub perfect for relaxing after a day spent in the beautiful Pioneer Valley. Our guest house is in a quiet woodsy neighborhood 1 mile from Smith College. We are 2 miles from downtown Northampton. There is one queen bed downstairs, another queen upstairs in bedroom 2, and two twin beds in bedroom 3. There is a washer/dryer, fireplace, and back deck with gardens and woodlands. We have a new patio and hot tub right off the deck in a private area. There is a short river walk at the end of the block and a nearby trail meanders along the river.

You'll have the Guest Suite at The Historic Hill-Ross Homestead with private entrance all to yourself. Guest Suite is the renovated carriage house ell off the main farmhouse which houses 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 1 bathroom including your own private patio. One bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has a full bed and a single bunk bed. Hill Ross Homestead is a short, 5 minute walk into downtown Florence.

Cozy, clean apartment right in the center of Northampton, yet very quiet at night. Close to restaurants, music venues, shopping. Five minute walk to Smith College. Can accommodate four but better suited to two. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, shower. Everything brand new. Not appropriate for very young children or people with mobility issues due to steep staircase. Parking provided. Not wheelchair accessible.
