The apartment is surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars, cafes and shops all within a 5 minute walk. This studio apartment has a ground level walkout entrance and access to a shared roof deck, private full kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom, queen bed and fold out couch. A bifold door opens out to the back garden.

Our place is very conveniently located for tourists (15 min walk to two metro stations, 5 min drive to the Mall, a block away from Capital Bikeshare) and for those familiar with DC (sandwiched between the trendy Union Market and H Street Corridor). Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s are both <8 min walk from our place as well. We are located in a very quiet residential street.

Further, our cozy living room also has two twin beds. A great stay for 1-6 guests. We have a pool table, ping pong table, and board games. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, dryer, exclusive access, and convenient amenities.
