The home was very clean and comfortable and anything we needed was provided. It is quite spacious yet sitting in the living room at night with the gas fireplace turned on was so cozy. Sitting on the back porch was peaceful and serene - total bliss. Gloria is a wonderful host and I would recommend staying here and hope to again.

We loved being able to travel with our dogs. The backyard was beautiful we enjoyed sitting on the deck as well as letting the dogs run free in the woods in the back! She was very responsive and a great host.

This home was even more beautiful than the pictures! On top of that, this was the cleanest and best outfitted home I’ve ever stayed at on AirBnB. We hope to come back sometime!

We had a great time at Hikers Retreat! The cabin was lovely and we enjoyed the pool table. It was convenient to lots of things to do in Helen and Blairsville. It was a quiet relaxing place to stay with great views.

The home is in the country, but not too far away from restaurants and Ingles. Just like the pictures the home is decorated in the country style which is very nice. The master bedroom mattress was comfortable and that was a blessing! You can tell Amanda has put her heart, time and energy into the house. We were well pleased with our stay there.

This is our second time staying here for new years and it was great as usual. It is very peaceful at this property. Very clean and perfect for our group size. We would stay again.

I have never stayed at a more well stocked rental. If you forgot anything, no worries, she probably has it in the house! Joan left some very thoughtful, personal touches like having the heated blanket turned on for me when I arrived, a bowl of treats, etc. My favorite part is a tie between the gorgeous claw foot soaking tub which I used every night, and the beautiful view of the mountains from a large picture window. The location was really beautiful, and had a grocery store and multiple gas stations within a few miles of the house. The only thing that kept it from being perfect, was the spotty wifi, which is understandable in the mountains, but all the lighting was hooked to Google, so Google either didn't understand, or the wifi kept failing for the commands. It just seemed it took 5x as long to turn on a lamp, than simply turning the switch. I ended up unhooking the one in the bedroom during my stay. I would highly recommend this rental, and Joan is an amazing host.

What a cute spot with just the perfect amount of space! A tucked away cabin in the woods perfect for a peaceful getaway. You can see just a tiny bit of lake from one spot on the porch from the property, but access is nearby via car. Very close to Hiawasee and well stocked with everything you could need. Thank you for being pet friendly!

The Cane Patch is our ‘Go to’ place when we are staying in Dahlonega. We love this place and rent it at least twice a year without fail. Ross and Evelyn are Super Hosts, have a hidden gem of a place, and have become our very good friends now for almost a decade. Walkable to town, the UNG campus, and any type of restaurant that you desire, this is the place to stay. Highly recommend!

We were at Hidden Cove (David's place) for one night to decompress from a weekend "conference." The space was perfect. The patio area was a particular blessing - beautiful, comfortable, peaceful. When we left on Monday morning, I realized after about 15 minutes that I'd left my purse (!!) in the apartment. I texted David and we headed back. What a relief when we came up the drive and there was my purse and knitting bag waiting for me on the step. Whew!! David was there and we had a delightful chat before setting off down the road again. :-). Thank you, David.

Very unique place with more fresh eggs than you can eat and take home. Steve meets you when you arrive which nice to meet the host who is full of information and recommendations. We felt very much at home there. The location is central to the most beautiful water falls and hiking trails in North Georgia. I think we could live there. Can't wait to go back.

Great location and convenient to area restaurants, events, etc. This was our second visit and we look forward to staying here the next time we're in town. The space is clean, quiet and fun to explore.

My wife and I were visiting the area for a wedding and ended our trip in this beautiful home! Mordecai was extremely quick with communication and ensured we had the best trip possible. Wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend if you are visiting the area.

Got away for a night to celebrate our Anniversary, never been to Murphy. This lil home was absolutely charming. The owners did a beautiful job restoring this home. It was within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The farmers market was right next door as well as the riverwalk. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Stacy was proactive and gave very clear instructions how to get inside. My GPS got confused on the location so it took a few extra minutes to find. The area is so pretty and peaceful! Lots to do in the town, it reminded us of Gatlinburg. The beds are so comfy! Plenty of space for two adults and two kids to sleep comfortably. If you plan to use the trundle bed, bring an extra pillow or two for yourself. Pirate golf down the street was a hit with our kids!! Would love to come back during the summer to go river tubing!

By far one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in, and we travel often. Very cozy, comfy, and luxurious. The host goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything needed for an enjoyable stay. I love that there are nice fluffy blankets to use while lounging around. The bed is to die for, and the shower is heaven. We enjoyed being able to bring our fur baby with us and it was so nice to be in walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

The views off the top floor balcony are stunning! A great view of the sunrise over the lake. The house is very large and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a long stay. Well stocked utensils and cookware in the kitchen. A great loft area that turned into our prime hangout spot. Patricia is very quick and responsive and the check-in/out was a breeze.

This is a nice little house in the woods that is perfect for a getaway with a partner. The location was private, and there was a local store down the road if you needed anything else. Really nice kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Only complaint is the water smelled a little off (latexy), but I’m sure that’s just an issue with getting water to the location that’s out of their control. Other than that it was a great little getaway for the weekend and I highly recommend.

The condo was perfect! Host responded to messages within just a few minutes. Perfect location in the downtown area. Very clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay again!!

This spot was amazing to stay in and we would absolutely visit again. Close enough to downtown to have fun but far enough away that you felt like you had a private space in the woods. The upstairs swing was pure bliss with a cozy, fluffy blanket on a brisk morning. The only real issue we ran into during our stay was with parking. The garage only fits 2 cars comfortably and we had 3. The person with the most reliable E brake gets the hill! Also, bring your own toiletries. They weren't provided and the local store is a little pricey.

We enjoyed everything about the stay. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything in Helen. I really liked the seasonal fireplace and how clean and cozy the condo was. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
