Little ones will love the tree swings and have plenty of room to run around and explore the artificial-turfed, half-acre garden attached to this spacious house. Indoors, an attractive gourmet chef’s kitchen awaits home cooks, while there’s plenty of furnished alfresco dining space. The quiet neighborhood is nestled adjacent to hundreds of acres of parkland, redwood groves, and walking distance to several restaurants. You have access to the entire home except for the master suite, which we use to store our stuff in while we're away. We'll be traveling out-of-state. You can reach me by Airbnb message or phone. The home is located in the Woodminster neighborhood, walkable to a coffee shop, three restaurants, and a grocery store. It's a short drive to many shopping neighborhoods, including Rockridge, Dimond District, The Laurel and Grand Lake. Easy freeway access (1-minute to the 13 and 5 minutes to 580) provides quick access to Oakland dining and shopping as well as San Francisco. There's street and driveway parking.
