Really great stay, spacious apartment , perfect for two couples with 2 bathrooms. lots of facilities and utensils for cooking. location is great as close to the train station with easy access to the surrounding areas and would be even better in peak season when the train from alpanchstad is running direct to Pilatus.

a wonderful place, stunning view and a very relaxing atmosphere. Our little children felt very good - there are lots of games and toys they could play with. I have personally enjoyed the fireplace :) The host was very friendly, responsive and kindly provided us lots of useful information. Highly recommend and consider to come back:)

We loved our stay!! The views are gorgeous and the place was immaculate. The roof deck was a nice treat too. We would happily visit again!

Die Unterkunft hat uns (9 Erwachsene, ein Kleinkind und ein Baby) sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten genügend Platz und die Küche bot eine super gute Ausstattung zum gemeinsamen Kochen. Es gab ausreichend Parkplätze und alles war leicht zu finden. Den Austausch mit Pascal funktionierte einwandfrei und es wurde auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Einzig der Preis; es ist doch nicht ganz günstig auch wenn sich der Aufenthalt gelohnt hat, so braucht es doch mind. 8 Personen, die finanziell mitwirken.

Where do I begin? Alena (host) was amazing from the second I booked this chalet all the way through checkout, and our trip home. I have stayed in many Air BnB's, and Alena was the best host I could ask for. Before we even checked in Alena had given me recommendations of things to do, places to eat, and had covered any detail I could have needed. During our stay she checked on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves (even though she was on vacation herself!!!) The chalet is even more beautiful in person, the chalet is surrounded by the Swiss Alps, and the scenery is like nothing I have seen before. Inside the chalet was almost as beautiful as the Alps outside, (no offense Alena ;) The woodwork inside the chalet is stunning along with the other beautiful decor. My family and I began our trip in Paris, and finished at this chalet. It was a long exhausting trip, and seeing the Alps had been on my bucket list for 40 years. This stay was a true dream come true. Das Haus war super. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von Jugendlichen dort und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist wunderbar ruhig und abgeschirmt. Das Haus war wunderbar sauber. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Die frische Milch vom Bauern nebenan war ein weiteres Highlight. Alles in allem ein wirklich gelungener Aufenthalt.

I completely recommend this stay. Not only a great, clean apartment with all you would need and a very responsive owner. But Engelberg and the surrounding area is impossible to describe in words. You are in for an experience you will never forget

Absolutely perfect house, beautiful interiors and insanely spotless like I’ve never seen before, it’s practically a showroom from the pages of a magazine! There is a great clear view down to the lake but it’s very close to the neighbours on three sides which I didn’t realize, the garden is practically shared and we were a bit unlucky on our first night the teenagers next door spent the evening having a smoking and drinking (and swearing!) session which put an end to our relaxing evening! But this absolutely beyond the control of the host who was AMAZING. The pool was mildly heated so swimmable in cold weather and would be perfect in summer.

Fantastiska atrašanās vieta, kur pavadīt laiku pie paša ezera ar skaistu skatu uz kalniem un ezeru. Labiekārtota piemājas āra teritorija, kur pavadīt laiku, grilla vieta, āra mēbeles pie paša ezera. Praktiski pie pašas mājas sākās pastaigu takas gan kalnos, gan apkārt ezeram. Kā arī tuvu ir kalnu slēpošanas kurorti, ko aktīvi izmantojām. Priekš mums bija ļoti laba lokācija, lai plānotu savus ikdienas mazos ceļojumus uz kalniem vai Šveices pilsētām. Dzīvoklī ir viss nepieciešamais un pat vairāk nekā vajadzīgs. Viss ir tīrs un kārtīgs.
