This was our first stay at this location and it hopefully won't be our last. beautiful location. you can't see the ocean, but you can hear it. The house is well stocked. The host is super responsive and easy to work with. we didn't have any problems at all. my only knock would be, I wouldn't recommend it for a family with littles that tend to put things in their mouths. The deck is in desperate need of a paint job and is constantly peeling. I'd be afraid of splinters and paint chips being ingested if a little one was on the deck. They do supply lots of baby supplies including gates for the stairs, so if going in more in climate weather, then it's probably fine.

The location so close to the beach and downtown was spectacular! It was very quiet and folks were friendly. Everything was working fine and I highly recommend this place.

This was an amazing river house. Clean and welcoming, even fresh flowers and a thank you note! The owners go above and beyond to make the stay easy and comfortable. Beautiful view, large yard with room to play. Perfect for families. Had lots of yard/beach toys to use. Home was cozy, comfy and quiet! Kids loved the piano and our pup thoroughly enjoyed the large space outside to hang out. Location was perfect if you want to visit Long Beach , Astoria and Seaside. We will be planning another trip to this home! Highly recommend!

Roys place was perfect for a long weekend getaway during the off-season. We were a five minute walk from the beach. There was a drive up coffee hut around the corner but all other restaurants are about 10-15 minutes drive away. The hot tub was wonderful. I liked the way the master bathroom was set up with double shower heads and separate room for the toilet. It was easy enough to get checked in and the internet worked well during our stay.

We loved staying here! Crystal has thought of everything. Even phone chargers and dog treats. Cute and comfy decor. Clean and spacious rooms. The yard and covered patio was amazing too. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the Baymen! If you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful stay at the beach…. This is the spot! Super easy to find and loved that it was at a dead end street. We had a bit of trouble with the electronic key pad, but got it eventually. Beach access could not have been easier and we loved relaxing on the deck in the sunshine! Can’t wait to book again!

This trip was our families third time on Michael’s property. We have been nothing but pleased each time and will stay at his property again. Had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and the view was absolutely stunning. Kris was amazing, very flexible and accommodating. They kindly let us change our reservation dates and even gave us a late checkout when we needed a couple extra hours. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend! :)

I have traveled off and on. I love this place,I can't wait to stay there again. it was so beautiful . My friends and I our just blue collar worker. So this was over the top for us. Thank you for sharing with us a experience of living and be able to relax

Great amazing location! Right in the middle of all the fun. Place was gorgeous, clean, well stocked. Free was quick to respond to all my questions.

A must for relaxation and peace. The home is beautiful and location is amazing.

Great walkable location, you will hear noise from the pool and street depending on your location. This is located in a timeshare property so expect to be asked to attend a presentation - we declined and weren’t bothered further. Rooms are nice, but tight for 8 people. There were bags of laundry and sheets piled in the room when we checked in, called the Front Desk and they sent someone to remove them quickly. Appreciate unit being stocked with pool towels. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the tubs/shower. Had a great stay.

This was our second time to the resort. The location to the beach, pool, hot tub and amenities were great as usual. The only drawback, which is no fault of the owners, is the horrible wait time for the elevators due to cleaning staff using the guest elevators for their carts etc. The service elevator was working just fine and we saw few staff using it. We’ll be back next year! Thank you!!!

This was the perfect Thanksgiving getaway! Even though the unit was on the ground floor, we had a peek-a-boo view of the ocean waves between the adjacent building and the grassy dune of the State Park bordering this condominium complex. It was a 1 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach. Alternately, you could walk a paved trail in the grassy dunes that parallels the beach and follow it all the way to the marina (2.5 miles away), the viewing tower, and a strip of cute shops and places to eat. Along the way, you can watch the surfers catch waves near the jetty. On a sunny day, two days after Thanksgiving, we counted 50 surfers out in the ocean. Burrr!! Annett was a great host. Because of a technical problem at our original AirBnB, we contacted Annette the evening before Thanksgiving looking for a place the following day. She was very responsive and her place was very comfortable with a full kitchen that we easily assembled the Thanksgiving dinner we had brought with us. We may be back!

The condo is lovely and spotless. Getting to it from the parking garage is also easy. We loved the condo but didn’t love the sales pitch for their timeshare at the concierge during check-in. Also the pool and hot tub was super busy and not appealing. We enjoy more private places usually so this may be your thing if you are into cruise ship type of vacations.

Walking access to the beach was amazing! This place is very warm & welcoming, will definitely rebook in the future! Host was easy to talk to & responsive!

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with a stunning view. This is the place! It was cozy and had everything we needed! The jacuzzi was a plus.

Great house and wonderful host! The house is extremely close to the beach, clean, and had plenty of space for our family vacation. Dustin was extremely responsive with any questions we had. We will be back!

Great little place to spend the weekend at the coast!

I enjoyed watching birds. The vista was lovely, although it was overcast and hard to see the ocean. A nice spot!

The place was perfect for our group of 2 moms, 4 young kids, and a dog! The house is set up with 2 different spaces so be prepared for that. It worked great for our 2 families and pet. The main house was set with amenities like dog beds, condiments, and all the towels you could need. The main house was comfortable with a queen bed, twin bunk beds, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. The upstairs tub is jetted and everyone enjoyed it! The 2nd house has a queen bunk bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette. We really enjoyed the deck and walking right to the ocean. We will definitely be back!

Where to begin? This is a lovely location with outstanding amenities. Of course the basics are all there, but all the little extras that really stand out. Everything was super clean, the beds comfy, a well-stocked kitchen, a complete gym ... and the beach! Miles of beautiful Oregon coastline that almost feels like it belongs to you and you alone. I lost track of time and ended up running well over my usual 6 miles :-) Plus LauRena is so wonderful, so accommodating and very easy to contact if needed. She managed to score some event tickets for us, going over and beyond her busy schedule. Just a heads-up, the family lives upstairs and some of their "enthusiasm" is heard below, but even still my husband and I had a fabulous 3 nights with the best host ever!!

Elizabeth and Deepa were SUPER responsive and super accommodating! The house was clean and amenities were plentiful. Little things like shampoo and coffee were included The master suite was so quiet actually so was the whole house and the neighborhood. Beautiful view of the ocean and short walk to the beach.
