This was our first stay at this location and it hopefully won't be our last. beautiful location. you can't see the ocean, but you can hear it. The house is well stocked. The host is super responsive and easy to work with. we didn't have any problems at all. my only knock would be, I wouldn't recommend it for a family with littles that tend to put things in their mouths. The deck is in desperate need of a paint job and is constantly peeling. I'd be afraid of splinters and paint chips being ingested if a little one was on the deck. They do supply lots of baby supplies including gates for the stairs, so if going in more in climate weather, then it's probably fine.

We are 4-time repeat customers that thoroughly enjoy Rene's place. It's a quick trip to town, beaches and stores. However, we mostly enjoy staying home with our dog and hanging out in the backyard or the ultimate enjoyment, the private hot tub! We really loved the home improvements. Especially the new linens and the heightened fence. We'll be back, because were hooked on this place!

The apartment was nice, looked like the pictures and was not too expensive. Check in was easy and space was private.

The house was perfect for our needs. Clean crisp comfortable bed and an amazing shower. Wish we would have used the kitchen but we didn’t have time. The extra thoughtful touches made us feel welcome, English muffins and real butter and Tillamook yogurt. Classy! The large side yard for our dog made all of us happy. A most enjoyable peaceful stay.

This was a perfect location for a weekend getaway with the family and dogs. Easy walking access to the beach and it had all that we needed to be comfortable and have to option to eat out or cook at the place. The place was easy to check in and was clean and had all we needed for a relaxing weekend. Would love to stay again in the future.

This is our second stay and we feel right at home. Our dogs are very comfortable and enjoy the fully fenced yard. It’s close to the beach and town and very cozy.

Nice place for 3-4 families, host is responsive and kids friendly.

Great place to stay between Astoria & Warrenton. Felt at home. Kitchen had everything I needed, full size fridge, comfy bed & the indoor live plants were beautiful to wake up to.

My family loved every minute of our stay. It was perfect for our mini Spring Break getaway. So chill and fun. The condo was clean and organized, much bigger than we thought. Very family-friendly and peaceful. And the beach is only a few minutes away. We would 100% stay again!

Stayed the weekend here and really felt relaxed. Great views of the Pacific and easy access for walks on the beach. Private location and very quiet. If you are in the Westport area I highly recommend a stay.

We had such a great stay at this condo that we almost immediately wished we had booked more time here! The location cannot be beat, literally across the street from a fantastic beach as well as a great 1.5 mile paved path for a walk/run. The condo itself was spotlessly clean, fully stocked with everything you need & so many thoughtful touches like 3 different coffee maker options & various frothers, great cookware & dishes, fluffy bath towels, so many dvds/puzzles/games and super cozy well put together decor. The beds were comfy and the master bedroom was very spacious. No AC but we opened windows for a great cross breeze. We also loved the balcony with a partial view of the ocean, and our kids especially loved the heated saltwater pool. The gym was super clean with fantastic equipment. The grounds are very well taken care of and it looked like they are doing renovation work to a few of the buildings, including adding some rooftop decks. All in all, a fantastic deal for the price!

Right next to the beach and felt very private desipite being a residential area. Vivian was nothing but wonderful before, during, and after the stay.

The view was beautiful and peaceful: other reviews are definitely right-on. We hit good weather during our stay and the view of the sunsets, and night sky with the moon and stars over the ocean was very memorable. The oven with air fryer option and the quiet washer and dishwater are very nice and much appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at the Grey’s Harbor Flat! Cute space, kid friendly, with everything we needed for our baby, including a pack & play, fitted sheet, booster chair that straps to the dining chair and easy to clean. Also, plastic plates & bowls for our toddler! The condo was conveniently located 5 minutes from the beach. Short walk through the complex, and rinsing station to get all the sand off! The pier & food was a quick 6 minute drive, lots of flat walking and ice cream options. We had a lovely time. The hosts were responsive and helpful, answered all of our questions.

Thanks for the wonderful stay. This was our first time in Westport and will hopefully be back soon! Perfect space close to the beach!

Beautiful location! We loved the privacy and how secluded the place was. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy and everything was super clean. We loved the hot tub. We would definitely come back!

I would highly recommend this place for a getaway. It fit my family’s needs and was a fun area to visit. I enjoyed every minute we will definitely be coming back to stay again. Elizabeth is an amazing host.

Wonderful home that's a short walk to Damon Point, which is a great beach to enjoy. There were folks beachcombing, fishing, and we even saw some surfers out there (in winter time!). Would visit again. Thank you to Susie and Aaron for solid communication and clear instructions.

We recently along with 4 other family stayed in Julie’s home for the long weekend and to celebrate our friend’s birthday. Great space for the kids with bunk beds, and every room had some entertainment and with stacked board games. Julie was very responsive and had an amazing experience with beach very close to home. Highly recommend if you are planning to visit Lon beach or surrounding areas.

Little Blue is little, and blue, but is a great place to stay. The queen bed was comfortable, the TV was awesome, and the kitchen is incredible. My partner and I enjoyed our stay, and will look for this place again when we need another weekend at the ocean.

As soon as we walked in the house and saw the majestic view of the river we knew we picked the right place. It just feels good here. Kitchen well stocked with all the tools you need for your favorite meals, a master bedroom with a wonderful picture window and balcony, and cozy linens. Our dogs loved the backyard even more than our yard at home! We enjoyed walking to the local pub for good food, brew, and shuffle board. The beach is a quick walk or drive, with nice trails to explore as well, which our dogs also loved. The house and yard are elevated and afford great views all around. And yes, we saw two herons! (and one bald eagle). We would be happy to stay again.
