This is the perfect beach house in the perfect location! Gorgeous sunset views from the hot tub are the highlight and it’s very clean and comfortable inside, not that you’ll be inside much given the amazing setting!

We stayed at this Airbnb for a friend’s wedding. It was perfect for everyone in our group and affordable for all involved. The hot tub was great (pool was a little too cold to swim during the time of year we visited)! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. If we are ever back in the San Marcos/Vista area, we would definitely look into staying here again!

We had an amazing stay at Stay Swell’s place! It was the perfect spot for our family—clean, comfortable, and in a super safe area. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, where we loved watching the surfers and soaking up the sun. It was also conveniently close to downtown, making it easy to explore great restaurants and shops. The neighborhood had a laid-back, friendly vibe, and our kids had an absolute blast! We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic beach getaway.

Place is exactly as advertised. Awesome area, very walkable to beach and restaurants. Stayed for the breeders cup at Del Mar. Had a small issue getting ahold of host when requesting early checkin but was resolved day of and we could drop off our luggage. Highly reccomend!

Loved our stay and how honey the place was, it’s filled with so many photos and treasures we felt so cozy making coffee and watching tv every night and going to the beach every day.

10/10 would recommend this place to anyone! We extended our stay in California and decided to stay close to San Diego for the last 2 days. We came across this place and it was perfect. Right on the beach, you walk out to sand. You can hear the ocean from your room. They offer chairs, bikes and towels to use. Thank you for ending our vacation with some amazing memories.

Craig’s property was perfect. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The bunk beds were perfect for my kids. Everything was clean and convenient. The property is easy to walk to bars, restaurants and the beach. We went to LEGOLAND and it was only a 10 min drive. We would stay here again! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a great time utilizing the pool and loved being so close to the ocean! The condo was clean and had plenty of space for our family. My husband and I loved enjoying our coffee while watching and hearing the ocean waves from the balcony. Everyone in my family wants to come back! Definitely recommend!

This was hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at! The attention to detail throughout the space was incredible—everything you could possibly need was thoughtfully provided. From the heated toilet (yes, heated!) to the coffee setup complete with creamer, it truly felt like a home away from home. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and absolutely adorable. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the San Clemente Pier and surrounded by great shops and restaurants. And the view? Absolutely stunning. I can’t recommend this place enough. It made our stay so special!
