The floor plan features an open-concept kitchen with farm-sink, stainless appliances, floating oak shelving, & is fully equipped with the needed essentials. A private terrace off the bedroom with retractable awning & bistro table set is an ideal space to enjoy a book or soak up the sun.

This bright, airy 2nd-floor studio condo sits in a peaceful Cape Neddick setting (on the Ogunquit line), just a 5-minute walk to Perkins Cove. The cozy unit features a separate kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, microwave, convection toaster oven, induction cooktop), a combined sitting/sleeping area, and bathroom with stand-up shower. A Keurig coffee maker is provided for your convenience. We supply a couple of K-Cups to get you started—please bring your favorites to enjoy during your stay!

Also conveniently located within 3 miles of York Beach, Ogunquit, Cape Neddick Golf Course, and the Cliff House Resort. Cape Neddick has it all: coastal cliffs, a sandy beach, a scenic river, hiking trails, and fine dining.

Our Goose Point Getaway is a one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.

Brand new home boasts a few hundred feet walking distance to Marginal Way, the beach, great restaurants, shops and the center of town. Plenty to do nearby or relax at home.
