The residence features an all-white interior, subtle contrasting grays, an array of textures and motifs, wood accents, chic furnishings, a shaded front porch & backyard seating with a fire pit. There are two twin sofa beds in living room, and as needed, we can set up a twin roll-away in the bedroom with the king bed. We can also put a twin air bed in the dinning area! This 1923 HISTORIC 1/2 double is in a very quiet neighborhood & has been recently remodeled top to bottom. All of the furnishings, fixtures, appliances, paint, flooring & porches are BRAND NEW. It's comfortable, cozy & quaint.....with updates galore! It features 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, & Queen size beds) and 2 full baths. The living room has a 54 inch TV, two twin sleeper sofas, seating for 6, and a rustic ceiling fan. (Upon request, additional sleeping arrangements can be made for 2 more people.) The spacious dining room has a large butcher block table with lots of seating. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. It has stainless appliances, quartz & butcher block countertops and barstool seating. The house is WiFi equipped with 3 TV sets. OUTSIDE The covered front porch allows great views of the quiet neighborhood’s green space & comfortable seating for 4. Out back, we have a charcoal grill, a table, seating for 6 & a fire pit w/firewood. Off street parking is available— as well as lots of off-street parking, that is well-lit in a family centered neighborhood. We think you will enjoy our newly-restored retreat & all it has to offer. We have never had issues, but please remember to proactively lock the house, your vehicles & obviously not leave any valuables in sight We are available when needed by calling our cell phones or texting. Beautiful Family Home, One level, Open Floor Plan

Step in and embrace the interior design style of this home. This residence showcases dark wood flooring and architectural wood beams, a blend of rustic and chic aesthetics. It has an open floor plan with two large living areas centered around the kitchen with breakfast bar. The outdoor space features a BBQ grill and a fire pit with plenty of seating and outdoor dining. For the kids there is a swing set and sandbox. Very family friendly. For sleeping, there are three large bedrooms. Groups over six have 2 twin and one queen sized air mattresses available as well as 2 large sectional sofas. My home is completely updated with all the amenities of a high-end hotel. There is high speed internet, a propane grill, a fire pit and a beautiful patio with a table and chairs to enjoy the scenic backyard . All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and the family room is equipped with a 70 inch Hi Def TV. We are very family friendly and can supply a crib, pack n play, high chair, or toys for your little ones. The huge backyard also has a swing set, playhouse, and a sandbox. It truly is a home away from home. Guests will have complete access to the home with exception of one owners closet and one dresser. I am very close by. We can have as little or as much interaction as you like. The property is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. It is located within 10 minutes of every major freeway, 5 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to downtown, and only 20 minutes to the Cleveland Clinic. Berea features two Lakes. Coe Lake offers a huge newly-expanded playground, an amphitheater, walking trails, a community pool, and a pavilion with grills. Just down the road Wallace Lake has a beach area and a waterfall with biking trails. There are also awesome locally owned restaurants. This location is within 1 mile of a bus stop and 5 minutes to the train system. My home has three bedrooms with three queen beds that will sleep six people. There are also two sectional sofas that will comfortably accommodate three more people. There are also air mattresses available to use.

The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry.
