Private getaway in the mountains of SW PA. 5 min from Ohiopyle and Fallingwater. Small home with a spacious deck and large open doors that make the indoor and outdoor space a single living area. Located in the heart of the Laurel Highlands. For those brining pets, keep in mind there are some dogs that run in the neighborhood and also plenty of other wildlife.

Welcome to Humming Bird Haven, tucked away in the Laurel Highlands just minutes from Ohiopyle. Enjoy this getaway property that has an updated kitchen with a beautiful live edge dining table. Use this cottage as a base to enjoy the many activities the area has to offer or just relax on the large open porch. A small creek runs through the property with a fire pit area and a large hammock to bird watch in. We are nestled in between a small farm and an old junk yard filled with rusty cars.

(10 mins to Nemacolin and 25 to Seven Springs) Enjoy the amenities of Ohiopyle without the crowds. Grill rental is available for $25 available April - October. Yough Nest Bungalow is in Confluence Pennsylvania and is located directly across from the Youghiogheny River; it is located one block away from The Great Allegheny Passage Bicycle and Hiking Trail. This half of a home rental offers a front deck, a queen bed, a large living area with tv, and bar area with a small kitchenette area. PLEASE BE AWARE if you have allergies or phobias of cats; there are two cats (Rocket and Slash) on the premises that like to visit with and love on guests.

The Hobbit House

One story home located in a rural community in the heart of Friendsville. This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is located on an acre lot in town. Plenty of privacy for hanging out/relaxation. This home is close to hiking/biking trails (Kendall), white water rafting/access tours (Youghiogheny River) and a short 15 min drive to Deep Creek Lake and The Wisp! There are also amenities such a as grocery, gas, restaurant and parks within walking distance. Perfect getaway!

Peggy's Guest Hideaway

A very quiet and peaceful mobile home / guest house located in Connellsville Pennsylvania. We are close to many popular sites such as the Great Allegheny Passage bike trail and the Laurel Highlands. If you are looking for a place to unwind or just a place to get away for awhile and do not care for hotels or people drama at the end of the day then this place is a good fit. In the evenings the crickets are the loudest noise in the air and many mornings there is deer in the yard.

Two Smart TVs , VCR and DVD player with tapes and DVDs provided. Large deck and patio furniture off the living room with private woodland views and a babbling brook. Outdoor fire pit also provided. Close to Fallingwater, Ohiopyle and Seven Springs. Pet friendly (up to 2) and beautiful hiking trails in our woods.
