Ferienunterkünfte am Wasser in Old Cairo

This was an absolutely lovely apartment in a beautifully maintained building, with all the local amenities we needed close by. The building itself was spotless—every time we walked in, it smelled amazing thanks to the caretaker/doorman who clearly takes great pride in keeping the lobby clean and welcoming. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable, with a lovely nice view from the balcony overlooking the river—such a peaceful spot to relax. A special shoutout to our host, Omar—truly the best Airbnb host I’ve had. He went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable, even accommodating our late arrival and a few extra requests without hesitation. His hospitality was outstanding and genuinely appreciated. My family is already talking about coming back. Thank you again, Omar, for a fantastic stay!

Yousif is a very nice, outgoing and generous person. I’m happy to be with him in Cairo. He gave me some introductions about the spots in Cairo and good restaurant nearby! The room is nice in the center part of old town, but quite quiet actually, because there’s always noise in old town. It’s also very easy to go anywhere. I’d like to go back living here with Yousif next time!

ماقصروا يعطيهم العافيه كانوا جداً متعاونين والشقة جداً مريحه ونظيفه ومرتبة وكان تجربة ممتازة بإستثناء الشبكة كانت ضعيفة نوعاً ما وهذا سبب اعتقد انه يرجع للمنطقة بشكل عام بالمختصر شكراً لهم استمتعت 👏

The stay was wonderful. Place felt like s penthouse suite along the Nile River. Would recommend this place to any travelers with a group of 3 or 4. Host Abdul was so nice and was very supportive. Abdul always tries to make sure you are attendend and will provide any assistance needed.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

Seriously Nour is one of the best host I have ever seen in my life She was keen on making our staying comfortable Apartment was super clean with gorgeous furniture and view on Nile river plus a great view for the pyramids Honestly I would like to book this place again

Mr nasr & Ahmed were really helpful and kind with the instructions to the house and when we got there the place was really clean and honestly the location is just perfect not hard to find at all, this is definitely not my last visit there 🌟

I absolutely loved my stay with Steffan and Louza. They were extremely responsive, helped me get settled, and were extremely proactive and flexible throughout the stay. Absolutely recommend staying here - a wonderful experience from beginning to end! And did I mention that the view from the apartment is absolutely stunning! Unbelievable! During the sunset it is one of the most stunning views in the entire city.
