James and his co-hosts (Jhen, Jane and Aliah) were very pro-active in making sure that we had all the info we needed for a seamless check-in. The self-check in instructions were very clear, right down to the assigned parking spot in the garage. They were super responsive to any messages I sent. The Apartment was lovely and spotless, and the King Bed was very comfortable. We didn't spend very much time in the unit but enjoyed the 2 evenings we had there. Would definitely stay again and build in some time to enjoy the amenities that the complex offers.

I absolutely loved it here. My 5 girlfriends and I spend four nights here; we had the best time ever. We are all 21 and 22 years old, and there was so much to do everyday. Aside from the many beach bars and restaurants that are walking distance from the AirBnb, we also spent an amazing day in La Jolla (only a 20 min uber). Our itinerary was jam packed and we got the absolute most out of our stay because of how great the AirBnb location is!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb, which is in an unbeatable location right by Petco Park! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for my needs. Bryan, the host, was exceptional—very responsive and accommodating to all my needs. He made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay and was quick to address any questions or concerns. The check-in process was seamless and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the train, making it easy to get around San Diego. Whether you’re in town for a Padres game or just looking to explore the city, this spot is ideal. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central, hassle-free experience!

We recently stayed at Iyabo’s place for 1 night and it was perfect location for us. The place is very clean and spacious. Iyabo is very friendly and helpful, I would recommend this place.

Fantastic experience! The kitchen was huge. We made many meals. The beds were very comfortable. A cozy warm place to spend a month enjoying Pacific beach and surrounding areas.. Dana and Becky were amazing host and we hope to stay at one of their facilities several times in the future. I could not have imagined a better four weeks in their charming little apartment. They get my highest rating.

Crystal was great! She was responsive and provided flexible check in and check out times. The Airbnb was spacious and each room had their own bathroom. It was the perfect Airbnb for our stay. Highly recommend! Will be re-booking if we have another group vacation!

I don’t want to say anything bad b/c Heather (and Tim) were absolutely fantastic!!! I can’t say enough good about them. The apt was fine and fully stocked with everything we could need. The negative is that the building is old and tired and had a funny smell. The pool wasn’t warm enough to use given the cool weather and the workout room was kind of a joke with very old equipment that was mostly broken. The area wasn’t great for tourists.

Jay is the king of hospitality. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for high caliber hospitality service in incredible living suites.

Comfy beds, washer and dryer... everything we needed. Complimentary snacks left out and cold drinks in the fridge (not all provide this anymore, thank you!) Great place, great location, will definitely stay again!!!

Staying at Efrain's place in San Diego was a real treat, largely thanks to its fantastic location. Being within walking distance of Balboa Park was a major highlight, allowing for easy access to museums, gardens, and cultural events without ever needing to hop in the car. Plus, the convenience of reaching other key attractions around the city was a definite bonus. What truly stood out, though, was Efrain's excellent communication. He was readily available to help with the check-in process and made it clear that he was there should anything else be needed throughout the stay, which was very reassuring. Beyond the prime location and Efrain's helpfulness, the neighborhood itself offered a welcome sense of tranquility. It was lovely to return to a quiet setting after a day of exploring. This peaceful atmosphere truly enhanced the overall experience and made for a relaxing stay.

We had an awesome stay. The house was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip. The kids loved the space and we all felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and there were even games and movies for family nights. The neighborhood was easy to get to local spots and grocery stores. Our host was friendly and quick to reply to any questions, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Definitely a great place for families — we’d love to come back again!

I think that Matt is very friendly and the place was so nice and clean. I think it is one the best place to stay in San Diego, I would love to be back at it again when I’m there.

Carlos was a great host, replied promptly to our questions. The whole place was really clean when we arrived, and it was exactly how it was described on the pictures. Pet friendly without the massive restrictions as other rentals. Walking distance to Belmont Park, restaurants, bars and the beach. Great location and we will definitely book this place again when we come back.

I was in town for a difficult situation and the accommodations/location was just what I needed for some selfcare before and after... Steffanie was very accommodating and supportive... It will certainly be a "goto" for me in return trips.... Robin

Our family of five had a lovely stay here. Location is amazing…loved walking down to the beach and a short walk from lots of restaurants but not too noisy. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Nice to have laundry down the hall too. And pool & hot tub were great. The views from the unit are stunning and loved having the ocean breeze and sounds at night. We would stay here again!!

The place/location were great! More than enough room inside to accommodate my girlfriend and I. Kitchen was stocked with all the supplies needed to cook meals. Bathroom/bedroom was clean and the hosts were extremely responsive. Hard to complain about the location! Walkable coffee shops, restaurants, markets, bars & the beach/bay. Would definitely recommend, as we had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay! Glenda was kind and responsive. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Perfect location- right on the sand and easy walk to restaurants, markets and coffee shops. We would love to come back!

Probably the best Airbnb my wife and I have ever stayed in. Amazing location with a spectacular view. Easy check in and when you walk through the door you are met with an incredible home with peaceful music and super clean living space. Only con was the elevator situation (only one working and takes a min to get to you) but meh no big deal. We never wanted to leave the Airbnb that’s how awesome it was. Great location as well and right next to the beach. Thanks for one awesome trip and home.
