As it is West facing we are often treated to spectacular sunsets. The apartment is spacious with a sitting room and is separated from the main house by a double garage . Welcome to your getaway. An expansive, lush property bordered by a stream and native trees with an extensive garden where you are welcome to wander and sit. A private and peaceful Hot Tub area is available for your use. "Southwind" is a small rural property surrounded by farmland and other lifestyle blocks. We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.

This Balinese inspired apartment with views over the pacific ocean from both the living area and bedroom, only steps from the beach, cafes and in close proximity of two other beaches, wonderful walks, the boat ramp, a golf course, village markets, wineries and so much more. Tucked away down a cul de sec it is a very relaxing place. Views over the palm gardens and out to sea, ideal for a get away for two. Included is linen, towels, tea/coffee and the cleaning service.

Tariff for 2 people is based on them just using the main bed and bathroom upstairs. If an extra bed/bathroom downstairs is required it would incur a separate $100 charge to cover extra laundry and cleaning costs.

We are excited to welcome our guests to relax at our beautiful, luxurious, well appointed and completely self contained 2 bedroom waterfront apartment with outdoor covered spa pool and situated directly on the water. Please note that this apartment is self-catering and that the 3 person spa takes a while to warm up, so remember to switch it on in time if you want to use it.

Omaha Bach with Sleep-Out & Hot Tub

Our cosy bach is light, bright and so close to the sea - step out the back gate onto Walkway 8 and you're there in a minute or two. The yard is fully fenced and there's a separate sleep-out with own bathroom. (Please see our note at the end of the listing about our heavily discounted cleaning fee - we know that no-one loves an unexpected extra!)
