Karin is an excellent host with an absolute gem of a property! We were greeted on arrival and shown around the very clean and beautifully smelling property. We had come prepared but there wasn’t any need, as EVERYTHING we could possibly need was already there. From coffee to shower gel! It really felt like a home away from home. The roof top space was exceptional, with a BBQ, sun loungers, dining spaces, dreamy lights and the most beautiful plants! Our favourite part was the view and location! We really couldn’t have asked for more and our children didn’t want to ever leave! Thank you for sharing your wonderful property with us. It was such a big part of Oman experience and a trip we will never forget. Your recommendations, especially our trip to the Dimaniyat Islands were much appreciated. We can’t imagine visiting Onan again and not staying here, so we hope we will meet again one day!

House is in a calm and quiet neighbourhood. It is in a secure community. There is a small water theme park nearby. House is 100% as described in the pictures. Bassel is a good host. I recommend this house for people who loves a very calm and quiet life.

Top Choice for everyone who is looking for a solid homebase to make some daytrips. The Apartment offers everything you need - we are out most of the day, so we have no special needs. The only thing that did Not work for us was the usage of the Pool (we were told its for hotel guests only). All in all we had a very good time and would definitely recommend the place. Thanks Basel for having us!

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Abbiamo soggiornato da Essa per due notti e ci siamo toscani molto bene. La casa è spaziosa ed è molto carino il fatto di avere il balconcino per fare colazione. L’appartamento è proprio sul porto e dal terrazzo si vede il mare. A pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono numerosi ristoranti e il souq. Essa è stato un ottimo host, ci ha dato consigli molto utili e si è assicurato che tutto fosse okay. Consigliamo!

One of the best accommodations I've experienced on Airbnb. The house is beautifully furnished. It has everything you need. The surroundings are very quiet, which makes it really easy to relax. The highlight for me was the outdoor area with the cute pool, for relaxing, especially under the stars of the Arabian nights. Communication with Els was wonderful and always very helpful. We had an exceptional stay at this villa in Jabal Akhdar! The place was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a perfect retreat in the mountains. The heated swimming pool was a fantastic feature, allowing us to relax and enjoy the cool climate in total comfort. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. The caretaker was also very helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains and easy access to nearby attractions. It truly made our trip unforgettable. For the price, this villa was excellent value for money! We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Jabal Akhdar. Would definitely stay here again!

A charming, renovated villa with a pretty shared courtyard and within 2 minutes walking distance to the beautiful bay and beach. The villa is simple and more spacious than appears though kitchen is snug! It is a very quiet town but this suited us perfectly as a place to relax. Qantab is close to many other places to visit too. The host was helpful and we had everything we needed. Hope to visit again!

Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

Great spacious space in Hawana Salalah, with a ground floor living room and the bedroom upstairs. Easy check-in with clear instructions, and the communication was smooth.

The view from the flat was absolutely gorgeous. The place is right in front of a huge and beautiful beach, close to Wadi Darbat, easy to access by car. There is nothing better than hearing the sound of the waves when you wake up. I definitely recommend this place.

If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and picturesque then I would definitely recommend this location. The apartment facilities (beach and pool) were brilliant. Andrin was proactive and extremely from the moment we booked. The location is slightly remote (about 30 minutes from airport and city centre). The apartment itself is was clean, comfortable and as described. We will definitely be back!
