What a beautiful house and lovely hosts! We had the most peaceful getaway at this home. The sound of the river is so calming. We had so much fun by the fire pit, in the game room, in the hot tub, and walking the trails. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more. Plenty of fire fixings are provided. The beds, pillows and linens are all comfy cozy. Loved all the thoughtful details, for humans and dogs!

This is the second time we have rented form Marv. It’s a great location and lots of room to spend time with family.

Renting this condo did not disappoint. Extremely clean, spacious, cozy and Debbie responded quickly to my questions. Would highly recommend staying here!

Love, love, love the Mermaid Escape! The house is so adorable and feels like a home away from home. The location is amazing! It's just a 5 min walk to the beach and on the way you pass a general store (which has about everything including firewood for the beach), a Mexican restaurant, and a brunch place. If you need anything else, it's just a 5 min drive away. The jacuzzi and fire pit on the deck are divine, and the two large soaking tubs put this place over the top! The owner, Lynnet, was super responsive and sweet. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to feel like they are at a home-away-from home while also on a vacation. Absolutely adored this place! So many extras. Beautiful and open. I will be recommending this place to everyone who needs a good place for larger groups and families. Everything was fantastic.

Bryan was a wonderful host. Very attentive and helpful. The house was everything we imagined and more. Clean and with plenty of amenities. And the beds were heavenly. Our kids loved the variety of activities at the house, especially the hot tub and large yard for playing football. We hit some of the recommended sites and places Bryan provided us and they did not disappoint. Wanda’s was a favorite and we explored Cannon Beach for the first time. Cute costal town. Would love to come back and enjoy a longer stay.

This is a beautiful and peaceful place. We were able to host a dinner for our complete family using the lovely and well appointed kitchen. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and our grandfur was welcomed.

Everything was as-advertised - great place to have as home base over the long weekend. Would definitely stay again.
